Very Dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied.
They take your money, don’t collect goods and don’t deliver. All bookings are seamless via on line forms and payment via credit card. Con notes and packaging labels are produced and emailed to you. That is where the service (if you can call it that) stops! They never answer or return calls. No phone or email contacts are on their website. However, I did track them down to a small shared “WeWork” office on level 28 “Liberty Place” Sydney. Contacting them is a VERY difficult exercise indeed. The only phone number I found for them is 02 8039 6159.

Unfortunately the carrier assigned to your job, failed to collect your goods despite our repeated follow-ups. When you placed the booking through our site, it was logged with the carrier straight away and in return we received a tracking number from them which you can access via your account on our portal. When you first reached out to our operations team via the online form in our platform, they contacted the carrier straight away and yet it still was not picked up. This is unacceptable, and we are working with them to prevent this from happening again.

Today we cancelled the job and processed your refund as soon as you requested it. We're sorry that you had to go through this, and we're grateful that you gave us the opportunity to make it right.

We're committed to providing a great experience for all of our customers, and we're always here to help.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Quoted and paid for shipping then months later they charged extra and can't confirm why. Can't get hold of people on phones. Missed delivery windows because they what photos of items and slow to approve request. Too many issues to list. Users beware of hidden costs.

Hard to recommend

After chasing this numerous times, I got a response. In the freight game, when you're kept waiting for simple responses you can miss a window to move your goods. Having NO working telephone number is simply a waste of time. They don't respond quickly via messenger and I admit I was concerned if they were even a legitimate shipper. I couldn't recommend them and think you'll find better prices by contacting the freight companies directly. Normally, I'd say a multi-platform site would be simpler, but it just caused aggravation.

Genuinely poor service. Did not collect for 5 days!

Genuinely poor service. No follow up. Didn't collect the goods until 5 days after the booked date! I had to follow up multiple times, via LiveChat which takes 10-20 minutes to get a response to EACH message you send! No phone number to call anyone for a faster response and no assistance other than a generic apology for the inconvenience caused by their useless service. If I could give them 0/5 I would. Terrible

Disgusting service. Will never use them again! Avoid at all costs

Absolutely, the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

They have no phone number and only deal through email. The chat on their website dos not work. Deplorable communication.

Having stuffed up a pick up, they have ignored six emails from me. I now have to go through the hassle of trying to do a chargeback through PayPal.

Even then they had no idea what was going on.

I cannot in any way recommend this bunch. Keep away for your own sanity!!

Horrible services

Horrible services. Should have read the review before I place an order with them.

They could find all the ridiculous excuses for their wrong behaviours even the mistake is so apparent.

Truck driver made problems with paperwork as he didn't read our instructions and failed to pick up. The company require further payment for and saying the reason of pickup futile is my packaging is unsafe, which was not even mentioned at all by driver.

I end up paid for the futile pickup and cancelled the order. Now my pallet will be late for a while as I need to find other companies.

Please be very cautious when choosing services for pallet delivery and stay away from this company as far as you could. You might end up as me and lost money and time. They are completely non-sense.

What a Waste of Time

Made a booking with Freight Exchange. I received an email from them 30 minutes later saying that the price that their online system quoted was wrong and that I needed to pay an extra 26% before they would pickup the goods. They already took the quoted fee off my credit card instantly and now demanding extra payment. This was a total waste of my time so dont waste yours!!!
