I am really disappointed with this company. I can't fault the product but the customer service for me has been terrible. The team either ignore me or tell me they will action a refund and then never do. I have never experienced a company like them where I have had to chase them countless times and never resolved the issue. It has put me off from buying their products again.

Shocking (non existent) customer service. No reply to emails so unable to return product and no facility to cancel subscriptions. I wish I’d read trust pilot before wasting my money.

I'm about to contact Paypal ordered on the 9th April and written to them numerous times never received a reply back not once. Still waiting for my purchase off $90.

I used the eye freeze jel and has no change at all, when I asked for a refund within the 28 day period my emails were ignored so please be warned!!!

This product is easy to use. Definitely worth a try as a Botox alternative. Forehead is much smoother at rest and has less movement but still looks natural. I was not expecting this to work and I'm impressed with my results. I did not like it at all for my crowsfeet/eye area. So not for every part of my face, but FIVE STARS nonetheless.

The product doesn't do what it says. Have used the Lip Injection for nearly 2 months, there was no improvement at all.
I contacted the Company, no response.
I wouldn't buy this product again, they are rude to not answer my email.
Overpriced. Underrated,might as well rub Chilli's on my lips

I bought the lash tint and grow and the lip injection.
Both are total crap, the tint and grow last about 1 hour and then nothing. The lip injection has made my lips dry
I received no receipt from the company but I will return as I have my bank statement.
DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I tried FreezeFrame INSTANT LASH XTREME however it was terrible. It crumbled in little dry pieces all over my face and it is not waterproof as they claim. I left an honest product review on their website that was not at all offensive and they removed it - no idea why but my guess is because it was less than complimentary about the product. I reposted my review however it is still not appearing on their website. I have emailed them numerous times to ask why and to request that they restore my review on their website however my emails have gone unanswered. If you're thinking about buying their products beware of any reviews as if they are not putting my one star review on their website (and not getting back to me about why), it makes me wonder how many other reviews it is happening to. Currently the only reviews they have allowed on their website are positive. I suggest looking at the reviews at places such as Priceline's website to get a better indication of how their products perform (thankfully Priceline allows honest reviews on their website!).
