I deposited 55,000 USDT to my Freewallet account.
The smaller test transaction (15 USDT) went through without any problem.
But the main transaction of 55,000 USDT has been blocked for days.
The wallet shows the funds, but withdrawals are disabled without any legal explanation.
I have already contacted support, provided all required information, and still nothing.
Freewallet requested a new account verification, which I submitted immediately. The verification process has now been pending for more than a week, and I currently have no normal access to my funds.

This is a serious financial loss for me.
I am preparing reports for FCA, Europol, IC3, and my local police.
If Freewallet does not release my funds immediately, I will pursue legal actions.
I strongly warn other users: always test with small amounts first and check reviews before using this wallet.

FREEWALLET! Still No Access to FreeWallet Account After Nearly a Year – No Support and Unjust Charges

I'm beyond frustrated and feel I have no other option but to share my experience here in the hope of getting some resolution or at least warning others.

For almost a year now, I have been unable to access my FreeWallet account. I started this process at the beginning of December 2024! Almost a year later they still haven’t set this right. I followed all their procedures, submitted every piece of information they requested to verify my identity, and yet – nothing. No access has been restored.

Worse still, support responses are either extremely delayed or completely absent. I've reached out multiple times, and the few replies I did receive were vague or just looped me back into the same process I had already completed months ago.

As if that wasn’t enough, they’ve been charging fees to my account for inactivity – even though it's them preventing me from accessing it! This feels completely unjustified and, frankly, like exploitation.

I’ve been patient, respectful, and cooperative throughout the entire process, but after nearly a year of being ignored and denied access to my own funds, I’m at my wit's end.

To FreeWallet; I urge you to finally resolve this!

And to everyone reading this; I’d strongly advise anyone to avoid FreeWallet altogether.

I hereby also share my ticket numbers in hopes you will finally reach out and resolve this: 604909 is the latest, previous ones are 526447 , 522915 and 526752 .

Is anyone familiar with Freewallet

Is anyone familiar with Freewallet? I can't get my money out of Freewallet. I think they're scammers. They have all my information. I've been dealing with them for over a year, but they're completely silent

Absolutely disappointed with this…

Absolutely disappointed with this service provider. I lost access to my account and followed their instructions to recover it, submitting all requested information — twice — including sensitive KYC documents, personal IDs, and account statements. After days of 4 years, they ultimately told me the only solution is to create a new account.

Why wasn’t this made clear from the beginning? Why ask for such sensitive data if it won’t help resolve the issue? It feels like a complete waste of time and a violation of privacy. I now have serious concerns about how they handle personal information. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional.

I just want access to my original account!
