Freetobook is an extraordinary company. Their connectivity site and all the functions of the website are totally brilliant. The girls at the end of a phone are totally helpful and patient - however small or big the problem is. I could not run this business without this website.

A very easy to use booking platform which can be as basic or professional as you need.
Add-ons which make my business look professional with little work from me once they are set up.

Freetobook are always on the end of the line with a friendly voice. The channel manager is so easy to use and they are constantly updating with fantastic new features. Makes running a guesthouse run so much better and our direct bookings have increased. They help to achieve more direct bookings and help to take back control of your business.

It is quite incredible that it is for free!!! honest!! and most importantly incredible service.... with best tools for your businesss to expand, new ideas all the time, ahead of the market, with all the marketing tools offered for you to expand, I mean I can not recommend enough.... they look after you basically.... I am with FreeToBook as an accommodation provider in Scotland since close to its start many years ago.
Its the very best OnlineBooking System I ever came across; easy to set up - convenient to handle by guests and me alike - high value for money with so many free options and perfect ways to connect from WorldPay to their FabPay and for availability calendar at eg. VisitScotland, AirBnB etd.
Highly, highly recommended to our colleagues to catch direct bookings as well as get calendars at main portals managed plus a fantastic overview for running your business with details at the right places throughout.

If you are in hospitality and you aren't using Freetobook then you should join with them immediately ! this is simply the best software available for maximising your bookings and increasing your profits. Easy to use , and in constant development, with excellent back up. There are always new ways, tips and tricks to develop better working practices. Also communications tools to improve your visitor experience and to save loads of admin time. We have managed with the help of Freetobook, to almost eradicate the high commissions that the Online Travel Agents demand.

I've used Freetobook for 5 years now - free of charge and it's great. Perfect for my bunkhouse which has 14 beds so I didn't need some fancy complex system. As time has gone on I realise it's a pretty powerful package and have recently paid to go onto the messaging system which I love - and I'm not a lover of change! So it can be simple as you like or as full on as you like, definitely worth a switch over or great for first timers.

Free to Book provide the tools for those who so wish to maximise their reach and margins. Fully appreciate that there will be different horses for courses for each accommodation provider. That not each option provided by FTB will necessarily be of use to a particular accommodation provider/s. However after migrating from another Channel Booking Provider - Guestlink (due to it being decommissioned) across to FTB - personally I think FTB provide an excellent platform of choices for accommodation providers to pick and choose in order to maximise their own business. We have opted for all their options . Yes there are costs - but FTB have to charge in order to be able to develop and support their own business model, both for their own business and those of associated accommodation providers.

Great platform, easy to use, works brilliantly and integrates with your own website and the bigger platforms like Airbnb, booking.com etc. Customer service is superb if you have any queries.

The system was easy to use from the start, very intuitive, and the support from the helpdesk is brilliant, always speedy and accurate.

freetobook is so easy to navigate, adding reservations and updating bookings is a cinch. Pricing is good; customer service is good. Highly recommend.

Any problems are sorted out very quickly, by real people that you can actually get to speak with...not by an online 'chat'.

We have been using FreetoBook as the channel manager for our B&B business for nearly 7 years. We have found them to be completely reliable, reasonably priced and ideal for our business. We have rooms that can be offered in a variety of formats which other channel managers weren't able to deal with. FreetoBook continue to offer improvements and added value to their service and we highly recommend them.
