Ordered on 1/4/25 via instagram. Order confirmed. as of 2/3/25, no product received. Company reached out a couple of times to say that production was backed up; there were other delays, but shipping dates have been missed. When you check out, they add a $2.99 fee for "Route" as shipment protection, which feels like a scam, because until last week, nothing had been shipped. Support apps such as Shop and Route provide conflicting info. Supposed to receive product tomorrow, was very excited to try the product out, but not sure its going to be worth the wait.
