Fraudulent site

Fraudulent site - there are no freebies or winners (South Africa)- they admit they there for income from any business that is prepare to offer a commision - there is no meals or shopping vouchers to be won - they want commision only - Dont waste your time supporting these guys - this is what they tell you (quoted -"we don’t have control over the operations of those offers or the selection of winners. Our service is designed to help users like you discover great deals and promotions. In some cases, we may earn a commission when you participate, but unless it’s clearly stated that we’re running the competition ourselves, the offer is managed by the external company.) so why support ?????

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with our service. It sounds like much of your frustration stems from not winning, especially as you’ve previously reached out to us about verifying past competition winners.

We completely understand that this can be disappointing.

That said, it's essential to note that our service mainly features third-party companies along with their offers and competitions.Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee any wins, as the outcomes are determined solely by the hosting companies. That said, we do occasionally run our own competitions. For example, in South Africa, we currently have a competition running, which ends on December 31st. Once it concludes, we’ll contact the winner and, if they allow, share the first name and any additional information they’re comfortable disclosing.

If you encounter any offers that don’t work as expected, please don’t hesitate to use our report functionality. This helps us address issues promptly and improve our service for everyone.

Finally, we’d like to remind you that our ability to provide this service for free depends on generating revenue from some of the offers listed. We always strive for transparency, and there’s a section in the footer of every page on our website that explains how we make money. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.

Thank you for your feedback!

Not broad enough …

I don't like the fact that every survey site I'm redirected toI end up unable to do any of the surveys accept the personal questions, you could improve the options when it comes to salary,I mean if the opening option is 4000-4999,how can a person who earns way less take that survey because the moment you touch other, the first thing you see is Unfortunately blah blah blah, etcetera, and when it comes to languages Zulu and English are the only real options, broaden the scope, other wise I like that I was able to recover past accounts.

Hi Lunga, thanks for your review. Unfortunately we don't control what users the survey sites accept that we list on Free Stuff World.

I totally appreciate how frustrating this must be though! We are slowly making updates to Free Stuff World to collect more information from users when signing up to our newsletter so that we can eventually send more relevant offers.

For example if a survey site is only accepting Male users, then we send out an email with this offer only to our Male users. We are still a good few months away at least from finishing development of this though.

When a survey sites does tell us what kind of users they are accepting though we do try to list this in the offer description to avoid users wasting their time!

We are always looking to improve our service and we will definitely take your feedback on board to try and improve the messaging for this. We want to make Free Stuff World the best freebie site for consumers! 😊
