Be careful, this is a scam. I played one of their promotions, which refunded €100 in free bets in the event of a losing bet. I lost my €100 bet, then received my free bet, and it was impossible to place it. I contacted support, they told me they would take the necessary steps. I came back to try again, and my free bet had simply disappeared. I asked the chat why? They told me I had violated their terms and conditions. I asked them what the reason was, and they told me they couldn't disclose it to me—what a joke.
Truly a scandal, never deposit on this scam site.
At least I was able to withdraw the rest of my balance, which is the only positive thing.

Bad experience! The whole website glitches, uploading documents was hassle as well but the last straw was when after hours of playing with bonus, there was zero wagering progress!! Seriously??!
