Doesn’t even fit right it’s waste of money

This is one of the best car seat I ever purchased it was easy to install

Easy to order, product is very well made and comfortable. Instructions were pretty good, but easy to figure out. Would definitely buy again.

Product doesn’t fit properly, Company is non responsive.

Definitely not as advertised.

Covers do not fit the rav4 prime seats. Not even close. We had to pay 85 return shopping for a product that was not usable. Box appeared to have already been returned multiple times

The seat cover product is made out of outstanding material. It fits PERFECT on our 2024 Chevy Silverado. I could not order the backseat cover online for it was not available. I contacted the company and they said no problem that they could make the backseat cover special. We received all products on time and with no incidents what so ever. I have received several comments on my seat covers and they all want the website to order for themselves. They are very reasonably priced. I am so satisfied. Freesoo is a company I have never heard of so when I did my research, they had nothing but positive comments.

Received the seat covers and they were NOT a true red, more of a faded red. Requested to return as the seat covers were not as red as shown in pictures and videos and customer service insisted I had to pay for return shipping. After informing them that I considered this a defect and there was nothing in the item’s description of the variation of color due to lighting(as they stated was the reason of the color difference), they stopped responding to me. Now I’m stuck with seat covers as I don’t even feel comfortable sending them back as I probably wouldn’t even receive a refund.
