Paid for next day delivery on a friday, items didn't arrive until the Monday. At no point in the purchase process did it state that next day delivery didn't cover weekends. Request for a refund had been met with a generic, copy and paste reply. Useless

Pics were delivered quickly and exceeded expectations.

Ordered my phots ages ago, should have read the reviews first about freesnaps. replies are super slow and I’m still waiting for the photos I ordered them last Friday for next day delivery nothing came got some emails saying it’s coming via Amazon shipping then shortly after it said it’s been cancelled and I need to contact freesnaps. Now that I’ve looked through the reviews I can see that it’s a reoccurring issue of theirs.

My order never arrived despite the tracking saying it was delivered. Customer service were very unresponsive.

Reply to company: As stated above, despite the order saying it was delivered, I was in all day and have direct eyeline to my driveway. No one even approached the driveway at the time of the supposed delivery and my dad was in the driveway at that point and no one delivered anything. The package has either been delivered to the wrong address or the courier has lied. Either way I would like a refund as it is now too late and I needed the photos by today.

took my discount off before i payed. sent multiple emails saying this. haven’t heard back. for next day delivery came 3 days later

Easy to use website. Very quick delivery and very reasonable prices.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’m a first time customer. However, I was extremely pleased with the product, pricing and delivery. Will definitely be using this company again.

Was surprised to get such a good offer of free photos and didn’t believe it until they arrived . They’re very good too.
However, I struggled to make a book. I couldn’t get the photo I wanted on the front cover, tried various ways but it just wouldn’t do it, so gave up. I have made books with other companies and not had this problem.

Photo quality was so poor it rendered them un-useable and I had to go back to Boots instead. Got 22 "free" snaps which actually cost £4.99 postage so now £4.99 out of pocket. Complained to them and their reply was that the printed image will never be as good as in the actual photo due to the calibration of the printer. Odd that other Companies I have used, including the self serve machines in Boots all print true. Total waste of money. Would avoid at all costs.

Can't fault the ordering process nor the speed of the delivery. The only thing I'd say is that the frame is a bit basic. Otherwise great service.

Photos never arrived (Ordered 9 days ago)
I did try and check the tracking and it said it was sent last Thursday (5 days ago) but via Royal Mail and no tracking ?!? LOL
I also tried to contact them via the email address provided with my order but received an undeliverable. Will keep trying to get the photos or my money back.
Update: They want me to send an email but never provided an email address! Freesnaps if you see this message kindly confirm email address!
