There is a problem with my picture. I have emailed but no reply as yet.
The image looked correct on the website, yet the top of the image is partially missing.
I can't believe no one noticed this mistake before putting it in an envelope and sending it.

Ordered 20 free snaps
Ordered 20 free snaps. Didn't check postage cost but when check found out it was £10 which was very expensive for delivery so not really free. I won't be ordering again even if paying fir prints then have £10 postage on top.

Do not buy from this company
I paid £4.99 for next day delivery, four days later and there is still no sign of my order. I have requested a refund but no reply to my emails. Very poor customer service and the postage charge is a scam.

Photographs were cropped
Photographs were cropped , important faces cut off photos making them unusable. Only had half that I could actually use. Fast delivery, well packaged. Don't think I would use again unfortunately.

I paid for next day delivery , I did this on the Friday and received my photo on the Wednesday. I paid £33 for a cheap plastic frame with a perspex pane, it certainly isn't worth the money. I'd advise buying the photo and go to Asda for a much better frame with glass.
