Totally satisfied
I researched for months on e-bikes and after talking to Freesky owners I purchased the Swifthorse .
It came well packaged and assembled with minimal effort in about a hour.
I’m 64 and always been an avid rider and outdoorsman.
I ride regularly averaging 20miles per ride and the battery life never went below 60%.
Most rides our local footpaths, wooded trails and rails to trail paths.
The ride is smooth (I did upgrade the rear shock for my weight).
I’ve got many compliments from fellow bikers.
I have a few night rides and love seeing deer on the trails.
My wife just recently retired and I purchased a wildcat stepthru for her birthday.
We look forward to next season of riding the weather in Pennsylvania is a bit cold .
We added racks ,mirrors and bags for longer rides.

This is a excellent e-bike. I'll give it five stars
I am happy with The Swift horse e-bike from free sky. It's my first e-bike. And if I ever replace it, I will replace it with another free sky upgrade. But this should last me for years. It gets me around town almost as fast as traffic sometimes faster just depending on the situation and it's comfortable and reliable and safe. I am very happy with this Brand of e-bike. I would definitely buy the same brand if I ever have to replace this one.

One of the best Ebike manufacturers out there!
Freesky has been a great company, their bikes work amazing, they have the BEST customer service, with no issues reaching out to them. Any problems I may have came across, they would send me the right replacement part and get me back on the road ASAP. I love this ebike
I love this ebike. It climbs like a mountain goat! Goes around a motorcycle track and hills like nothing. If you add a 11/38 rear cassette it drops all ghost peddling and makes all gears usable. Highly recommend this very fun bike.

Swift Horse Pro
Swift Horse Pro. The bike arrived on schedule. It was easy to assemble. The battery lasts longer then my friend's ebikes. It has lots of power
It is fun to ride. I had to make a minor adjustment to the derailer so it would shift into 7th gear. Not a big deal. I like this bike. When I get one for my wife, it it will be a Freesky.

A darn good bike!
Support was quick to let me know of any possible issues (my bike was on presale and Amazon kept cancelling the payment).
They shipped it wicked fast once it released, and it was already mostly assembled. It rides great, and can handle the snow quite well!

My husband bought me a swift horse…
My husband bought me a swift horse e-bike for Christmas. I am pleased with the bike, however, we have purchased our e-bikes through an authorized dealer, and we are not getting the support from them as promised. But, Chloe(Rep w/ Freesky has been supportive and understanding with our questions, comments and concerns.

Quality bike, great customer support
I purchase the Swift Horse horse for my son as his friend has a similar model from Freesky and loves it after 2 years now. The bike is a quality build, rides well, easy to configure and use. We experienced a minor issue, and reached out to customer service. We worked with Ande to troubleshoot, land on a solution and get back on the road again. Would highly recommend the purchase based on their level of engagement to ensuring customers are supported.

Swifthorse. Leader of the pack
After a lot of research I chose to buy a Freesky Swifthorse with the ultimate package. I placed my order and received my bike within 5 days! (I'm in Canada) It was well packaged and assembly was easy. After making a couple modifications and setting the bike up to my liking (with the help of Freesky's awesome customer service staff!) I've found this bike to suit my needs perfectly. Not only is it a great looking bike (I get compliments on it all the time) it's built to last & rides like a dream. Lots of power for the hills & the full suspension gives me the comfort I need for long rides on rough roads & trails. The battery gives me more than enough range for any rides I choose to do. The 26x4 inch fat tires add to the comfort and stability of the bike and the hydraulic disc brakes have plenty of stopping power. This is truly a great bike and I highly recommend it! Freesky...Go anywhere!
