Its my first Electric Bike. I am very pleased with the bike. A Ranger Air. I am 5"10 over 200lbs and the bike can move me easily. Customer service is also very good. The only issue with the bike is that when you buy the front basket from freesky it touches the front headlight. Thank you freesky.

I've owned the Swift Horse Pro bike for several months now and ride it regularly on weekends. The bike is very comfortable and fast. The battery life is great, as I generally ride at least 50 to 60 miles each time I go out and still have about 50% of the battery remaining when I return. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a quality e-bike at an affordable price. Customer Service is also great whenever you need support or parts.

The Freesky Alaska Pro M520 is an absolute machine. Fast smooth and so easy to glide on. The battery range is crazy if used efficiently. A heavy bike at over 40kg. But when riding. It feels light.

I got the swift horse pro as a gift for Christmas, I currently have over 950 miles on it and I love every bit of it. This bike also has lots of range and I been to everywhere in my town on it, I been out for one day for a few hours having fun and I still had like 40% battery so very good battery life. In my town I took it on street, grass, trails and everything and it works amazing in every terrain.The quality is amazing, the power is awesome, and the customer service for the bike is the best! Recently I was in need of a part and so I emailed them and I got fast replies and I got my item I needed in the span of a week. So I would recommend this bike or this company in general to anyone looking for a fun, good quality e bike.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! After some incredible help from the team, my bike is running perfectly, and I’ve been having a wonderful time riding it around town. There is nothing quite like the feeling of getting back out there and enjoying the ride.

I have purchased a FreeSky Alaska electric bike.
I must admit that there have been several quality issues that needed to be resolved but I am happy to still provide a five star review because the Customer Service team have responded to and resolved my issues with great integrity. In particular, both ‘Vincy’ and ‘Horlan’ have excelled in their customer service roles. All my problems were resolved effectively and they always replied to me and kept me updated despite being based in another country.
It is their handling of my issues that have absolutely maintained my confidence in their company.

Cependant, il y a un problème majeur : ce vélo est extrêmement dangereux ; il vacille et tremble constamment. De plus, il a cessé de fonctionner complètement. Il me fait perdre mon temps en m'obligeant à effectuer divers tests de diagnostic ; et comme plus d'un mois s'est écoulé, ils refusent de procéder au remboursement — ce qui est absurde, étant donné que je l'avais acheté spécifiquement pour l'emmener en Floride fin décembre. However, there is a major problem: this bike is extremely dangerous; it constantly wobbles and shakes. Furthermore, it has stopped working completely. It is wasting my time by forcing me to perform various diagnostic tests; and since more than a month has elapsed, they are refusing to issue a refund—which is absurd, given that I had purchased it specifically to take to Florida in late December. They are asking me to perform numerous electrical tests; they sent me a replacement fork in an attempt to resolve the shaking issue; regarding the speedometer, the main cable keeps short-circuiting; and both the controller and the rear wheel motor are defective. With all these electrical issues, I am practically becoming a bike mechanic myself! They have had me performing these tests for over two months now, and yet, the bike still does not work. They have completely ruined my winter plans. After >2 months: no solution and no refund.

I’ve been riding the FREESKY Swift Horse for a while now and honestly I’m really impressed. The power is excellent, especially on hills, and the acceleration feels smooth but strong. The battery range is also very solid — perfect for long rides without constantly worrying about charging.
The build quality feels sturdy and well designed, and the suspension makes the ride comfortable even on rougher roads or trails. It’s clearly a bike made for both fun and practical commuting.
Another thing I appreciate is how stable and secure the bike feels at higher speeds. You can tell it’s built with quality components.
Overall, the FREESKY Swift Horse is an amazing e-bike for the price. Great power, long range, comfortable ride, and very reliable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and dependable electric bike.

I've had my Freesky Alaska for over a year and I must say, "I LOVE IT!" Freesky has the best customer service, hands down. They are very responsive and care about how you enjoy your Eboke. Horlan is the rep I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Very attentive as he helped this newbie work out some minor issues. You dont have to worry about being left hanging out to dry after purchasing your bike from Freesky. Horlan is all over it and because of his help, ive been able to put more fun miles on my bike. I highly recommend Freesky if you are looking for a great bike with great customer service. Ask for Horlan!
