Customer service was So quick and clearly communicative and very helpful. It was prompt to say the least. This sling from freerider is always my go to product! I first bought 1 a year ago when I had my first baby, I absolutely loved it, I gave it to a friend who had twins (cause why would I want to keep it to myself?! And she loved it) she never gave it back lol. I knew I needed another one as I’m expecting my second, this time there is a sale, I hastily ordered my second one and I absolutely love it. The package, the posting (although almost messed up by the post office) was actually really fast, the guidebook provided with the sling is just perfect! I cannot wait to use it with my new baby. For me worth every penny
Awful delivery / returns process
Never ordering from here again. It took 5 weeks to come (it had said it would be 2 weeks) by which point I just ordered from somewhere else and wanted to return this. But I had to arrange my own return which cost me £8. Ridiculous

UPDATE: my carrier did arrive, after being stuck in customs. Freerider team was kind enough to refund my order in full after the long delays.

Ordered on the 6th of October, it was supposed to be shipped in November. Production was late - then it was due for the 15th of December.
I’ve contacted them over IG and they asked for my order no to announce me that for some reason mine hasn’t left the warehouse - I received an email with a new order number.
It got shipped on the 23rd ( it wouldn’t even gotten shipped if I hadn’t contacted them on Instagram) and today, the 6th of January 2023 still no carrier and no refund!
I’ve asked for a refund as my baby is getting bigger and she needs a carrier, this order is a nightmare and so is the customer service - they don’t answer on IG only when they want, live chat on website doesn’t work, no phone number to contact them, on email they answer when they want, they told me there’s nothing to be done just to wait and refuse the delivery and then a refund can be processed.
Disappointed with the service provided
I had ordered the sierra carrier with the pre order on October 4th with the information given that it would be sent out to us the end of November. On the 7th of November I received an email update saying that they would dispatch and the end of that month (November), but that they would keep us up to date if there was any delay.
I have since emailed twice requesting information with an update where the order is. After checking on their website again I noticed that you could order the carrier with immediate dispatch! Which is not fair for those who ordered months before, and are currently still waiting to receive the product..
I finally recieved an email on the 16th of December saying that it was dispatched that day, with the tracking information attached. When clicking on the tracking information, it stated it was only sent on the 19th..
We are now the 26th, and still no carrier.. no information of the track and trace with an update either..
Im very disappointed with the communication with freerider co.
I have previously order a sling with them, and was super happy. Hence why I was so excited to order the carrier with them.
In my opinion they should not have debited the full amount with the pre order. They should have debited a security deposit, and when ready to dispatch request the full payment. They should also wait until all pre orders were sent out and delivered before allowing other customers to order with immediate dispatch..
Wondering if my order will even arrive before 2023….?!
Not impressed
Ordered a sling and baby carrier in the start of October, and I still haven't received by order. Every time I chase them, I don't get far. was promised it would be posted by the end of November, yet nothing.
Very disappointed. I wouldn't have bothered ordering had i known the items I wanted wasn't in stock!!

Super happy with the purchase soon as it arrived I was using it with my 7wk old. I prefer it my other sling as the fabric is light and I get less hot and flustered in it. Would recommend to other mums.
Wouldn’t recommend
I used a sling with my first born so thought I’d treat myself to one of these slings with my second despite them being rather pricey.
I have to say I’m very disappointed, the sling is really difficult to tie on your own initially and although it does get easier once you’ve done it a few times I find the fabric so long it trails on the ground as you are trying to tie (not great if you are out and about).
For me personally the sling never feels perfect when baby is in there it’s hard to adjust it to get the perfect fit for baby (either too tight or too loose) and after a while of wearing, baby slips down from the originally position and doesn’t feel fully supported.
More disappointedly is that after wearing only a handful of times there is now a hole in the fabric under the freerider logo - for the price of these slings I was expecting better quality. Wouldn’t recommend.

Poorly designed leggings and you have to pay to return!
Such a shame, I had great hope for these leggings, but when they were arrived the elastic was so tight I couldn’t get them
Anywhere near my bump! I just looked at them and thought that elastic is going to hurt!!! And on top of that I had to pay to return what I consider to be a poorly designed item. Disappointed, I can’t believe there are still online clothing companies that expect you to front the cost of return when you can only try on at home.

Expensive and not the best, do more research before you buy
Unfortunately this isn't a sling you can wear all day. Having now had more experience I realise that this fabric only stretches one way meaning you need to tighten it and rearrange after each use. It's not as easy as it looks, it's not that comfortable, and it can get very sweaty with it on. I'm now going to be looking for a sling with buckles which is much easier to put on and a lot more comfortable.
I'd recommend trying out a sling library before you buy any sling to get a bit more information.
Awesome customer service and beautiful product
I can’t say much about the product itself yet - besides the material being super soft and the sling just being all in all very beautiful - as my baby is not born yet and I couldn’t try it out yet. But the customer service is just awesome. First time delivery didn’t reach me because I was out of town - so the parcel was sent back from Germany to UK. Michelle from service helped me out quickly after I reached out and made sure a new product was sent out immediately. I really appreciate a super friendly and supportive customer service with a good energy as I already experienced a lot of crappy ones out there. When the parcel finally arrived I was amazed by the beautiful and high qualified packing. It already makes me excited to try it out ❤️
Excellent customer service
My friends have all sworn by these slings from freerider for hands free baby time so was excited to order one now I am expecting. Unfortunately the first one I ordered came with a little hole in it which I was gutted about but I did not realise for a while, only when I was closer towards my due date🙈 But the customer service I received was second to none from this company, some quick pictures and proof of purchase and they sent me a new one in the post immediately. I can’t recommend them enough!! I hope my baby loves this sling as much as I do🤞🏻 I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Easily the best wrap I’ve tried. I like that the material is light, not too heavy, so it’s actually easy to tie it. The prints are really cute, I had a hard time deciding which one to take.:)

I received my order very swiftly and I am very pleased with the quality of the sling, would definitely recommend to anyone. I was disappointed I did not receive the free zip pouch as stated when ordering but only took an email to customer services and one was sent straight out which was great. Looking forward to trying it out once baby has arrived.
