Come on, man! Seriously RTF format? The whole point is to be useful for job hunters. Desparate job hunter here, and while the tool works fine, the RTF is not useable on about 60% of the jobs I'm applying for. They want pdf, word or doc only. Duh! When you need a job as bad as i do, not all of us can afford the 1000s of subscriptions that nickel and dime you to death, so I have to search for a document converter that is actually free, not freeish. What a hassle and wast of valuable time. Would have been easier just to optimize and create my own. With the pupose effectively silenced, that is why its a total fail.
Update: They respectfully owned the critcism and shared a decently useful work around, so on the reassessment , I cant give so a perfect score, but will say 4 out of 5.

That's a fair frustration.
We chose RTF originally because it’s lightweight, widely editable, and works across most systems without requiring paid software. The intent was to keep things accessible and not create friction.
An easy step for you can be to save the RTF as a PDF
That said, you’re right about one thing:
if it slows you down, it’s a problem.
