I've just enrolled to freenet and I had good exprience with the process so far, I am satisfied with the prices and speed too.

I love this simcard it has good internet every thing is ok. I want say everyone use this simcard in Germany it is the best

Freenet is very good and good service and cheap

Steady and reliable network, while travelling and at home. Very friendly customer representatives.

I am using mobile tariff including one smartphone. The ordering was easy and it was delivered quickly. Later, they started calling me from time to time requesting the extra service, which I don't need at all. For example, I got lots of call to increase my data volume, which I don't need anymore.
Now, it's almost two years and I want to cancel my contract. I am again facing problems. Firstly, I have to wait for than 10 minutes to get connected with customer support. When I talk about cancellation of my contract, they simply disconnect the call. I think the support not helpful. I am waiting for one week to confirm the cancellation of my contract through telephone call.

In the long run it's a scam. I have had then for a while and now wish I never left my old provider. Lots of micro charges and making any changes is impossible. I have not been able to simply change my account email. Try to cancel your contract which they present as easy and you have jump through multiple hoops and then they send you an excuse as to why your letter was rejected. But then you can't fix it because the site is giving an error. It feels very much like a scam. I have had phones in three different countries now since cell phone became publicly available and It is the worst experience with a phone company I can recall.

I am disappointed with this company. They forcefully prolonged my contract even after numerous refusal. Their marketing team called me several times seducing me to prolong my contract, which I rejected. But still they went ahead and prolonged my contract. To make it worse, with a higher tariff plan.

Freenet. You are not fair at all.
