My order for sim card got refused without a reason
I have more than 7 current contracts and since 5 years in germany I never faced a problem when I wanted to make a contract with any provider because I pay always on time and I am not listed in the SCHUFA , UNTIL I discovered this company. They simply refused my contract without mentioning any reason . What an incompetence and impertinence from your part . Unbelievable !!!!!
Just because of this disrespect , I will write everyday negative review about you on the other review websites for at least 1 month.

I don't get any services, I can't cancel .It's a scam.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Never again I will recommend or want to use this carrier anymore! Dreadful!!

Worlds sh!tt!est Customer Service Award
Internet speed is OK, I recently had some issues due to some things I have overlooked and now I've been trying to reach them for almost 24 hours through WhatsApp and email and i have not gotten any form of response! They just left me in the dark, and I contacted them during work hours. They deserve an award for worse customer service ever in the whole world! Internet is ok and it works as advertised, but one should take note that customer service is virtually non-existant

Give it a try
Really good service with very good internet speeds. It works when you needed it. The only downside is to wait 24 hours when you pause/unpause the internet service. Apart from that, totally recommended.

They don’t have any costumer service
They don’t have any costumer service. I wrote a email I didn’t get any answer also on whatsapp they have costumer service which is not really working. Since 1 week I’m using unlimited internet for 0,99 € but on my PayPal they are also getting 0,69 €. And I’m trying to contact them I’ve no idea how can get my money back !!!

I had no issue watching netflix on my mac and my phone, I even tethered my phone to my mac and another phone and had no issues. Great so far, I'm guessing everyone having issues is having excessive use, although I don't like how FUNK terminates people who use a lot of data even though they say unlimited..
