From my first contact with Freelanceentrysolutions until the conclusion of the repair to my garage door was just excellent customer service. I was kept informed of the cost of the job and the lead time to purchase replacement parts. The engineer arrived on time, completed the job and even took apart the switch on the inside of the garage which operated the opening and closing of the door which was intermittently sticking and rectified that problem on his own initiative. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this company!

Freelance Entry Solutions have just fitted my new Hörmann Electric RollMatic garage door and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received at every stage. It has been absolutely flawless from start to finish.

The initial survey, carried out by Tony, was extremely reassuring. He took the time to understand the installation and provided a practical solution for each of the minor potential obstacles he identified. It gave me complete confidence that the installation would go smoothly.

The door and equipment arrived promptly yesterday morning, with Andy and Wes ready to get started. I just wanted to say how much of a pleasure these guys were to have on my property. They were polite, respectful, professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They completed a superb installation within the day, leaving everything clean and tidy.

At handover, they also took the time to provide a very intuitive and easy-to-understand set of instructions, making sure I was completely comfortable with operating the new door.

How refreshing to find a dedicated family run business who are so friendly and helpful. We had 4 roller garage doors that desperately needed attention, including the remote controls. We were given a quote which we accepted and did not have to pay a call our charge. Matt the engineer came out who was so conscientious, dedicated and thorough also extremely polite and pleasant, thank you.
