Please cancel my PYN* freedpick online as I never wanted to use this product ! Thank you and please refund all my money . Thank you. The last date of transaction was 10/12/24. I would be very grateful as I don’t want to take it further. It always appear on my transaction details on my NAB account.

I was surprised my product was delivered in a great package..no damage ..with the reviews I read after buying I was thinking this might be a scam..but it is not ..I will order from them again .

Ordered a lighted handcrafted humming bird from freedpick for Christmas and received an unlit one! Sent several emails to them and have not received anything that made sense to me it was in Chinese!!! Will never order from them again! All that being said it is handcrafted beautifully!

Scam, no customer support. We need to lock these con artists up. Ridiculous.

Thought i was buying from an american company, turned out it was being sent from China. Knew then i wasnt gona get what i paid for.
Bought a animal wooden carving which on the picture looks 3-Dimentional, opened the package (not expecting much) and was just a thin piece of wood with a colour photcopy of the wolf on top.
Absolutly nothing like the picture. Waste of money. Do not buy from this company!!!

Terrible company to deal with.
The dog bed arrived vacuum sealed and shipped from within Australia. Its flat as a pancake, made of poor quality products, and looks nothing like the advertised photos.
On requesting a return, I have been fobbed off with discounts to try to encourage me to keep it and the supplier's last ditch attempt to get you to keep it is you have to return it to China to a different country than where it was shipped from, just to make it more expensive for you.
Dont deal with this company, they have appalling customer service and are only interested in selling cheap Chinese rubbish that has been photoshopped to look like its better than it is. Their returns policy is rubbish and you will be given the run around.

I ordered a grey dog bed, delivery was very slow and when I received it, the bed was a hot pink colour. Will not use them again!

Bought 2 dog beds for a Christmas gift and when they were received I was so disappointed. They are not of the quality that was shown and I immediately asked for a refund. It's January 13th and I'm still trying to get my refund. What a horrible company to deal with - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Just want my refund!!!

once open very deflated looking not as described very poor quality.
Returns absolute nightmare as to go back china and cost fortune seriously went round in circles with different email address non exist return address
very hurt . do not buy what you see is not what you get .
