Freedom Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre provides physiotherapy, rehabilitation and wellness services in Jersey, helping people recover from injury, manage pain, improve movement and work towards their individual health and performance goals. We believe that the level of care and recovery support available to top athletes should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability or sporting background. Our services include physiotherapy, Pilates and Reformer Pilates, sports therapy, soft tissue therapy, pre and post-operative physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, orthotics, shockwave treatment, AlterG treadmill rehabilitation and performance testing. Our physiotherapists assess and diagnose injuries and can refer patients for further specialist investigation where appropriate. We focus on understanding the cause of each person’s symptoms and developing a treatment and rehabilitation programme around their individual needs. Our approach is designed to support patients from initial assessment and treatment through rehabilitation and towards returning to the activities that matter to them. Freedom Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre operates from locations in St Lawrence and St Helier, Jersey, with facilities designed to support treatment, rehabilitation and exercise.
