We have very affordable apartment and ensuite rooms available at the best prices in Plymouth, Book worry free as you will not be disappointed. Much better value than some of the big hotel chains in the area and in a nice central location within a residential setting.

Urgent: Safety Concerns and Request for Immediate Resolution

I am writing to bring to your attention a series of deeply concerning incidents that occurred during my stay at your accommodation. These events have not only compromised my safety and well-being but have also forced me to leave the property prematurely. I feel it is crucial that you are made aware of what transpired and the severity of the situation.

### 1. Aggressive Verbal Assault on August 12th

On the morning of August 12th, I was subjected to an aggressive verbal assault by Joanna, who identified herself as the manager of the accommodation. Her behavior was highly threatening, and I feared for my personal safety.

### 2. Second Incident of Aggression Witnessed by Colleague

Due to the fear I felt following this initial encounter, I asked a colleague from Plymouth to accompany me while I packed my belongings. Unfortunately, this led to a second incident in which Joanna verbally assaulted both myself and my colleague in the kitchen. Her hostility and threats were so severe that we seriously considered reporting the matter to the police in Plymouth. We felt unsafe and vulnerable in the situation.

### 3. Allergic Reactions to Cats in the Accommodation

I have a severe allergy to cats, a fact that I made clear upon my arrival. Despite this, I was not informed beforehand that the accommodation housed several cats, which triggered severe allergic reactions, including chest congestion, persistent coughing, and other symptoms. The presence of cats was not disclosed in any online listing or prior communication, which is a serious oversight, given my medical condition.

When I attempted to discuss my health concerns with Joanna on August 12th, she responded with hostility, accusing me of lying about my allergies and warning me not to mention the cats to the property owner. She threatened me, stating that I should leave the accommodation immediately before the owner became aware of our conversation. This confrontation occurred just outside my room and was witnessed by several of my colleagues during a Zoom meeting, all of whom expressed concern for my safety.

### 4. Ongoing Hostility and Racist Remarks

Joanna's behavior continued to escalate. When my colleague arrived to assist me with packing, Joanna attempted to engage in conversation, which I declined due to the previous aggression. Instead of respecting my need for space, she insulted both myself and my colleague, making derogatory remarks such as calling me a "master manipulator" and accusing me of fabricating my allergy. She also made an inappropriate comment about Japanese people, which I corrected by informing her that I grew up in the UK.

### 5. Immediate Impact and Request for Resolution

Due to the continuous verbal abuse and the unsafe environment created by Joanna, I had no choice but to leave the accommodation earlier than planned. I have since relocated with the assistance of my colleagues in Plymouth. The entire experience has been traumatizing, and I am still reeling from the effects of the aggressive behavior and my allergic reactions.

Given the severity of these issues, I respectfully request the following:

- **A full refund for the entire duration of my stay**: This is to compensate for the distress, the early departure, and the failure to disclose the presence of cats, which directly impacted my health.

- **A formal acknowledgment of the unprofessional and aggressive behavior exhibited by Joanna**: This should include steps that will be taken to ensure that future guests do not experience similar issues.

Attached to this email are photographs showing the dusty conditions in my room, which further exacerbated my allergic reactions.

I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
