What can I say - Will far exceeded our expectations at every point. From the moment we enquired, to all of the nagging questions and measurements we requested, he just couldn't do enough for us. He delivered (over 3 hours away) without any complaints and at no extra cost and then spent the time explaining to my parents what to do, even recommending a different part to make their life easier and didn't charge extra for it.
