Do not recommend, unless you are ready to drop 4K for a binder of non-specific not especial information that isn’t already available for free on YouTube. Then get ready to pay $200 for access to their low quality software and uninspiring couches and if you are lucky you’ll talk to Phil once.

I spent years listening to Phil on YouTube and he never said anything false or misleading. I have been with Freedom Mentor as a mentee for a couple years now and I have found their training materials to be spot on and their approach to Real Estate investing to be realistic and tempered by real life ongoing experience. I have yet to get anything false or misleading from the team of mentors they have assembled and they have always been honest and helpful regardless of how dumb my questions were. The whole system is top notch and I endorse them wholeheartedly.

When we follow the step by step guidelines to getting a deal under contract, getting the memo signed, and then record it in your county, this makes everything binding. The coaching and their experience were critical to the success of this deal. The seller made a different agreement with another investor. When that investor went to sell the property, we showed up against title. We were able to get a fee because of the memo.

I'm so glad I can be a part of this amazing mentorship, so so many things I've learned, I wouldn't want to be without the amazing Guidance!

Hi, I'm Anita. I live in southern New Mexico. Until recently, I have been a homeschooling mother of nine, but I’m now out of a job 😊 so I decided to go in a new direction. I'd always been interested in real estate, and I heard about this program and decided to try it out.

In fact, I decided to do more than just try it out. This program does require a commitment, and so I committed to putting my full effort into it, until it worked.

The most valuable part of the program for me has been the mentors, the coaches-they have been absolutely awesome; and the coaching calls-all my questions get answered in ways that I can understand, and if I don't understand, they go over it again.

But I also found the resources available to be very well thought out and quite extensive. Without the resources, it would be so much harder as well.

I'd say it's very easy to get started but it is a lot of work. I knew nothing about real estate when I started, so I did what they said. I followed the blueprint and the success manual and watched all the videos, sometimes more than once, took notes as I went along, and when I had gotten through everything, I started back at step 1. I did the steps and learn as I go. Each thing I did, I learned a little more and kept stacking on the information until it finally started to sink in. Getting the leads, qualifying the leads, everything got easier and easier until I started figuring out what I was doing.

I closed my first deal a little over three weeks ago. It was difficult. I learned a lot on this particular deal including what not to do and what to do the next time. A week after that, I closed my second deal. And now two weeks after that, I am getting ready to close my third deal. Needless to say, I am pretty excited about the whole thing and more than pleased that I joined the program. It's worth every bit of it, and I am just excited to keep going.

I think as long as you keep learning and moving forward, there's no stopping anybody. If I can start this at 66, somebody can certainly do it just as well as me. It just takes perseverance. I'm excited to do this for at least the next 10 years!

This program has been life changing!

Since being a teenager, I have wanted to be a real estate investor. I have purchased several programs that led me to a dead end. In my experience almost all programs give a high-level view of what it takes to be a successful investor. The problem with this approach is that there are numerous nuances that will be encountered when investing. The people selling these types of courses have no real interest in you being successful. Their interest is in making a quick profit for themselves by selling a course.

FREEDOM MENTOR is the real deal! The coaches are available to talk to 6 days a week and they always answer your questions through messaging in a timely manner. This is the type of support needed to navigate the nuances of real estate investing.

This is not a get rich quick scheme. It takes a lot of learning and overcoming obstacles, especially in the beginning. The good part is that it becomes easier if you can stick with it. If you quit easily don't waste your time. Almost anything that is worthwhile doesn't happen without dedication.

I have closed several deals with Freedom Mentor at this point. My last deal provided a net profit of $104,193.63 being my most profitable so far. There is absolutely no way I could have achieved this without their guidance. My goal is to graduate from the program next year. Phil and the coaches at Freedom Mentor have made the most positive impact on my life of anyone outside of my immediate family!

I put a deal under contract on 5/16/24 for $50,000. I locked in an end buyer at $95,000 cash. We closed on 6/17/24. With what I've learned from being a Freedom Mentor student, I didn't have to bring a single dollar to closing. I had less than $300 in the deal. After buyer's agent commission, closing cost, 50/50 deal split with Freedom, etc., I walked away with a net profit of $19,924.
I just closed another deal on Aug 2nd that I bought back on 6/13/24 for $60,000. I had about $3,000 in clean up and yard maintenance. I locked in a conventional buyer at $145,000. After all expenses, I walked away with a net profit of $42,448.53.
Freedom Mentor is the real deal if you want to learn how to become a successful real estate investor!

I am an apprentice in the program. Within 6 months, I had 4 houses in escrow, each for just $10. It seems unrealistic, but it is true. The techniques taught in the course and by the coaches are at a very sophisticated level that allows these deals to occur.

I spent over a year reviewing real estate education companies on the internet and decided to go with Freedom Mentor because they only make money if I do. We split profits. I did make a large deposit for the program, but I wanted the top level of service and access it offered.

The program has lived up to my expectations - and exceeded many of mine. Frankly, what was "under-sold" in the initial program offering was the outstanding coaches that are available multiple times per day to personally educate, guide on every step, and assist with anything needed. Having personal contact (and relationship) with these experts is invaluable. Any education course can put videos and handbooks on the net, but the one-on-one personal attention is impressive.

Phil is actually one of the coaches and I do talk with him when I need to. He is the same gregarious expert you see on his videos. Frankly, because videos can easily exaggerate situations, I was skeptical whether the individual advice given to me as an apprentice would be at the same high level as the videos. What I discovered is that the advice is much more sophisticated. Every creative deal has its own nuances and requires creative thinking - on the spot - and they do it. Even when I haven't asked for assistance, Phil and the coaches have made pro-active positive suggestions (via their messaging system) on how to improve my deals. Phil and the coaches are always watching, encouraging and helping.

Please understand: This is NOT a "get rich quick scheme"; it is specialized training that makes you more intelligent than your competitors. Used wisely, this program will make you very successful if you embrace the teaching and are diligent yourself.

I invested and it paid off! When I started my search for a company that would help me build my career in real estate and also show me the roadmap to creating a life on my time and terms, I set up a lot of criteria. That was: 1) Must be ACTIVELY investing in real estate at a level a am aspiring to (walking the walk), 2) Must have comprehensive training that I can access to accelerate my learning curve at the fast pace I'm wanting to move (sufficient education), 3) Must have adequate support from a competent coach or coaches that would help me quickly while working deals. After an exhaustive search, I chose Phil and Freedom Mentor... Yes, it was expensive ($15k up front + splitting $500k in profits to graduate), but I thought of it as my own "college tuition" - the big difference was that I actually got to make money WHILE learning instead of after 4 years in a classroom... It took me about 3 years to graduate (probably could have done it faster, but I was running another business during that time), but I had made $250k in profits (my split), and had received the experience and education I needed to then go out and feed myself and live the lifestyle I chose. The one thing that was a bit of an unexpected surprise was the money I needed to invest into marketing, but, in retrospect, I should have asked better questions about that. They do teach you free and low cost marketing avenues, but I wanted to move quickly, so I decided to spend the money on that also. In summary, Phil, Brian, and the whole time empowered me to become a full-time real estate investor and 10X my income if I choose, and live the life I want without being tied down to a W2... IF you're willing to follow the process, put in the work, and not give up when it gets tough (because it will), then you could probably do it too.

Phil introduced me to RE concepts in 2007, it’s a great learning and gave me a solid foundation. with this guidance and support was able to start realestate list provider/generation business. Great mentor!

You must be willing to FOLLOW the process with an open mind, humility, and discipline. This program will work...100% (underline/bold) IF you do those things.

It took me 12 months to close a deal. Once I completed my first deal, I closed a deal every month for the next 12 months.

It don't take a lot to see there don't offer much, the guy refused to answer and ask about trust, he ask me if I trust him 10 times. can see someone trust there life savings at the it scary, there no proof or time frame of any of there story, even more so he try to get what he can big money. I had some basic question which he refused to answer and hung up on me instead. Eighter this is not for a guy eating beans out of pickup hoping to get rich.. Want any where from 1k to 50k up front just for you be pay 50% of you first half million. There seem to be no out and there could file lawsuit on you personally property. I would avoid them. Also big show boss is Philip Blake Pustejovsky. Just do a background check at any deed office you will see he don't buy real estate.

The program wasn't working for me. I asked to be let out of the agreement or renegotiate it. The answer was NO.
No exiting. No renegotiating . Once you are in there is no way out. Regardless of what answer the program will give, that is my honest experience. There is no exiting after the 3rd day of the signed agreement.

I have been in the Freedom Mentor program for just over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about Phil and his team. I was able to quit my 9-5 as a manager in the commercial construction industry from my closed deals. This is not a get rich quick program, it requires a lot of work and trust in the process but if you follow the instructions, methods and advice from the coaches it will work!

I'm so excited that I just closed my first real estate deal with little of my own money. I have always wanted to learn about real estate investment. After watching some of Phil's YouTube videos, I decided to join Phil's program. I was thinking if he is teaching this much for free, how much more would I learn in his program. I am so glad I did.
