I did say in my earlier review that I would write again if anything changed. My light fitting didn't show up but after several attempts by my husband to contact the company with no response he then said that we would pursue this with contacting watchdog and trading standards. Following this we then received an email saying the item was out of stock and a full refund would be issued. We have received this refund but I'm not convinced without our persistence that this would have happened. Make your own minds up on that one. I would still give this company a very wide berth.

Ordered something on the 12th December nothing arrived on shop app says processing. Phoned and just goes to a voicemail, left messages and emailed a number of times so looks like lost the money, if items arrive will update review.

Update: Contacted through eBay and they refunded me.

Was dubious about ordering having seen these TP reviews. However I needn’t have worried, smoothest transaction ever for a bulk item 👍. Even phoned after order to check couple of bits, arrived on time and couldn’t be happier. 10/10 from me.

The model I received was not the same as the one illustrated on ebay. It did not have the drawer as per illustration. The delivery situation was rather chaotic as it took three attempts to deliver and not on the day I had arranged to have help with lifting upstairs as it's not something I could do myself. The adhesive pads for the top had lost their stickiness. The item was, however, very well packaged and, since it was otherwise a perfect fit for my bathroom and seems of sound construction, I am keeping it as the total difficulty of trying tomreturn would be too much hassle

I can see from other reviews that people won’t be suprised by mine! We bought a John Lewis toilet seat which when unwrapped it was badly cracked! This could not be seen until unwrapped, the company policy is that as it’s unwrapped it’s been used even though we said it was not and it was faulty it wasn’t like we changed our minds?! The company did replace it but the member of staff I dealt with was so rude I would never use or recommend the company again!

Quality wardrobe which was delivered and assembled within 2 weeks from ordering, top class service.

I recently bought the Rauch Crato mirrored wardrobe. From ordering online which was easy, I received confirmation of the order and within a week had a delivery date. The couriers called with a date and a 3 hour time slot and again 20 minutes beforehand . 2 lovely friendly guys arrived took the flat pack upstairs and built it withinn a very short time. They did a fantastic job and the wardrobes are absolutely stunning. The same product on other sites more expensive and not assembled! I am thrilled to bits with everything and had to take time to review. Thank you so much to the team and well done! I would recommend to friends if they wanted wardrobes!

This is the worse online store you can purchase anything from. Must avoid. Very unprofessional and just cannot be bothered to work, reply to emails, calls. My item didn't arrive and after chasing for 2weeks. I opened a case on PayPal where I was able to get a refund. Otherwise, no communication with the seller. They just took the money and no item arrived.
