My experience was great, and your interface is user-friendly. However, there is no information on the size of the compressed document except after download. Maybe you guys should add that little information.

Good for Occasional Use
I use it to convert m4a into mp3, because I don't have to do it often and this is easier than finding and setting up a dedicated program on my PC. So this online tool works just fine.

I have done of converstions from WAV to…
I have done a couple of converstions from WAV to MP3, WAV to FLAC lossless and so far so good. Quality of the audio is great and the website is pretty straightforward and easy to use.
