It’s Impossible to reach Anyone when I have Issues. I tried sending Emails over and over again and they will not go through. There needs to be a better communication between the Customer and Free Conference USA.

So grateful for this company
I wanted to create an intercessory prayer line so I went in search of free conference call companies I searched the internet and found this company. Others claim to be free but this company actually is. The setup was easy, I couldn't think of a telephone number to use so they provided one for me I put in my own code and there it was. I was able to set up the prayer line & we were able to get things underway - again I'm just grateful to have found a company that does what it claims to do.

My family wanted to have a critical, quick, end of the year conference call with all 7 siblings. Not having a common capable process, I looked up FreeConferenceUSA. We were provided a conference number, and as the host I was able to share information and track the joining of all family members on the call. My only suggestion is, when in conversation mode & a host is not necessary, the name of the 2nd participant joining the conference call be announced when announcing names has been selected.
