Sorry, but today it was very difficult getting to the call. It needed several times of trying. What is the matter with the new number?
The old number had a very good function without difficulties.
I am using FCC with non-profit associations and I am really thankful having this opportunity, but I think it is helpful to give an feedback.

Last Wednesday the dial in telephone number (+49 221 98882117) was suddenly changed anymore. An alternative number was announced, but announced wrongly, so our attendees were not able to join. When we finally managed to come together, the feature of silencing the attendees (*51) did not work.

If you change the telephone number, you should inform us in advance.

I can no longer get on the app with my laptop to have control over sound and to see who are on. I have changed my password and it still doesn't work. I have been overcharged without a return refund from my email. I am looking for another toll free conference call company.
