Scammed by AdGate and Freecash Support (FrankenBot)
I was scammed by Freecash and their partner AdGate on a high-paying Call of Dragons offer.
I completed the entire offer honestly. All the previous, lower-paying milestones tracked and were paid out perfectly. But as soon as I reached the highest-paying milestone, they claimed a "tracking issue" occurred.
I contacted AdGate, sent them screenshots, but they rejected my claim with a generic template. Then, I contacted Freecash support, provided all the proof (including screenshots showing that the previous tasks tracked successfully, which proves the connection was active). In response, I received a cold, automated message from "FrankenBot" saying they "cannot manually credit points."
This is a lie. Freecash can manually credit points, but they choose to ignore honest users who spend weeks playing their games. If you do low-paying tasks, they pay. If you complete a big, hard offer, they will find a "tracking error" and rob you of your money. Highly discourage using this site.

Downloaded and played several games for hours my account only shows €0,35 plus the €10 start bonus. No increase at all. So I will delete it. It’s fake in my opinion

Unfair rejection of €75 Domino Dreams Burning Reward (User ID: 95670440)
I completed Chapter 10 in Domino Dreams well within the time limit. In fact, my Burning Reward progress bar still explicitly shows 15 days remaining.The proof that my tracking worked perfectly: The system already credited the base reward for Chapter 10 to my account balance. However, the €75 Burning Reward was denied by a support agent using a copy-paste template claiming I ran out of time. This makes absolutely no sense since the base task is approved and my timer is still running.This is a technical bug on Freecash's end. My User ID is 95670440. Please hand this case over to a senior manager to manually credit my missing €75. I will update this review once the issue is resolved.
