Terrible experience. Rented a car from Bordeaux airport. Incredibly rude service topped off by a €100 surcharge out of nowhere. Do not think you are getting a bargain, you are not. Avoid at all costs. Choose anyone else.

Easy to make reservation, clear explanation about how it is working at the parking place.

The experience met my expectations.
I made my reservation online and had no trouble entering the parking lot. My ticket was valid for an additional two hours (extended package offered), and since my flight was delayed, I didn't have to pay any extra fees.
I would definitely use this service again.

Booked the meet and greet via the official KLM website and called the number given 30 minutes before arrival as requested. No one answered and also no one at the airport to meet us.
Contacted them on our return for a refund and had no response!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not recommend. Shady business, unprofessional, had terrible customer service and will try to rip you off any way they can so be sure to read the fine print.

All is well, easy to use with the reading of imatriculation plates by caméras.
We have only to think of taking pic tures with the namle of the zone and number of allee.

The client service does not exist: they treat you badly at the airport.
And be ready to recieve a €96 invoice to clean the car evenif it is clean

Booked a meet and greet at Stansted airport agent gave clear instructions to park our car and car collection was waiting for us on arrival definitely use them again found them the cheapest when looking for parking

It was very good. Next time I will choose this parking lot. The price was cheap and the staff was kind.
