Trip booked 5 days in advance in app
Trip booked 5 days in advance in app. Driver arrived promptly and was excellent. Made my arrival in plenty of time. Highly recommended.
No hassle or fuss
Poor instruction
So, I have an account with freenow. Home address set, I go to app to order taxi, I'm asked - where to - I tick Home - the driver arrives at my home, not the pickup address, second time this has happened, and I'm charged for this - very poor, deleting the app@

I tried to us the App while in Limerick, totally unreliable…
I tried to us the App while in Limerick Ireland for 10 days. Incredibly unreliable app. (1) It doesn't work at night, seems it is disconnected after around 21:00 when leaving a restaurant. (2) Multiple cancellations on the same attempt to get to the train station, 4 consecutive drivers canceled at 10:30 this Sunday morning.
I struggled a lot many times
I struggled a lot many times. The car was supposed to come and pick me up, but when the driver realised where I have to go, they cancelled the trip. Many times I got late to work, and many times I was crying in front of the station because the drivers would avoid to pick me up while saying it is on the way. Last ride was very smooth, and I managed to get home, and I was very grateful for that. But the experience I had way too many times made me find different alternatives to reach somewhere, plus I was charged a fine of £6 for a trip cancelled by the driver. The humiliation was worse because the driver cancelled the trip when I was in the car already and ready to go. After that I was supposed to wait another 10 minutes for the next car. I preferred to use public transport
Everything was perfect 👌
Everything was perfect 👌
Both of the drivers were very fast in appointment, the taxi was very clean and new and they were friendly and kind.
Thank you both !!
Hotel to Train Station
We had to go from our Hotel in London to our Train at Victoria Station. We had three large bags and two backpacks. The cabby was nice and the vehicle was spacious . He arrived in one minute of being called and he dropped us off perfect 🤩 to our location.
All these apps are a joke and advise to…
All these apps are a joke and advise to just pay drivers direct and get a set fee before hopping in. The airport is worse so make sure you bargain with them as there are many taxis waiting for work. I had a case where I was charged for a short ride to the train station in Rome and then once I arrived the driver said 15euro. I said the app has charged me 10euro. The driver then says sorry I don't have any proof she would not open the boot for the luggage til I paid the fee is cash.
It’s total scam
It’s total scam! I ordered a taxi in Heraklion, paid for it and had to wait 30 min even though the app showed that the driver would arrive in 10 min. Few hours after the ride the app took more money from my bank account!!! Never again!
No service
No service — absolutely awful. I contacted their customer service through the chat, but nobody has got back to me yet. I also submitted a formal complaint about the same issue, but still haven’t received a proper response.
In my opinion, an issue like this should be dealt with promptly. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. There’s no way to actually speak to anyone by phone, you’re simply left relying on chats and waiting for a response

Needed to use this to a pre-book a taxi…
Needed to use this to a pre-book a taxi for the airport at 4.30am in Seville. The prices quoted were higher than the standard rate but accepted this due to the early morning time. I was then later charged about 6 euros more than the agreed price. I received a refund when I queried this on their chat function but how many people would just move on and accept this? I also received an email offer of 30% off my first booking which was not applied. I have also queried this but still not received a response. Avoid, not trustworthy.
Punctuality of pick up
