Package got lost twice, then they stopped replying.

I ordered a baby night light 5 months ago, money was withdrawn from my account 2 days after ordering.
First light got lost during shipping, I was then told another lamp would be shipped. That apparently also got lost. Now when asking for a refund I get no replies.

Not the best experience...

Amazing little night light

Amazing little night light. We’ve had it for over a year and I ran into the blinking red light issue after coming back from a trip. I charged it overnight with an outlet then the next day I plugged it into just a USB charger and pressed it down for less than 15 seconds and it turned back on! Posting here in case it’s helpful to try charging via the USB and doing the reset since that worked for me.

I’ve loved this light but…

I’ve loved this light. It’s been a lifesaver when having to change diapers in the middle of the night. I’ve had this now for a little over a year though and one of my lights won’t turn off. I’ve tried holding it down and flipping it over and putting the charger in but the light won’t go out. What do I do??

light has malfunctioned after 2 months…

light has malfunctioned after 2 months of using it. It flashes red. Emailed customer support and they haven't responded. Quite annoying. Was working well before this.

Great idea but poor manufacturing.

Was a gift to us and to be honest at first it was a godsend but it stopped working after three weeks.

Just the same as has happened to other people here, it just stopped charging and now only flashes red when you attempt to turn it on.

I received a reply from the manufacturer and to respond:

Yes, I have tried resetting the device as per provided instructions and nothing happens. The light will not turn on when plugged in, just the red flashing light as mentioned.

rubbish

the light took ages to arrive and the supplied cord didnt fit the light. I was asked to use another cord (ok) but the light never worked. I am still waiting on a refund 2 weeks later...

Broken

Good when it works

The light is good. Can be a bit fiddly and not as straight forward as described. Thought it was broken for a while when it stopped working. After googling worked out you need to hold it down for 15 secs to reset. (But that's not written in the manual or on the official website - only mentioned in a response to a review)

Have had it for over 90 days and plays up a bit more now - have not been able to consistently make it work as instructed anymore.

Wish it would actually work

I bought this night lamp, concept was brilliant and worked very well.. for three weeks. Now it’s not working anymore and I tried to reset it and what not without any luck, all I get is a red light. It won’t charge so I really don’t know where to go from here. Guess the product isn’t finally developed yet since I can tell a lot of customers had this experience?

I absolutely love this night light

I absolutely love this night light, it’s so handy and portable, the ability to change the light from warm to bright white light makes it useful at night when looking for items or for providing a warm light for feeding.
It’s also handy for taking away on trips as lovely and small (dont be fooled by it’s size, the strength of light is really
great and can be determined by you).

The reason I have scored it 2 stars is that after 3 months of use it now doesn’t work, I have followed the instructions on how to hard reset but it’s completely dead. I’m back to using the torch on my phone.

An update, when contacting the company regarding this issue, they have stated that because it’s out of the 180 day guarantee period there is nothing they can do however they’re going to ask their supplier if this period can be extended for the future.

I’m disappointed that they feel after only 3 months of use (bought as a Christmas present in December for when my June baby arrived) that it is ok their product doesn’t work.
I really can not recommend this product based on its cost and the actual length of time it worked for, which is a real shame because I still really miss it and whilst I’m tempted to buy a replacement I’d be mad to throw my money away!

We bought the nightlight and white…

We bought the nightlight and white noise machine package. The nightlight is elegant, easy to use and a total lifesaver for a midnight diaper changes in low light.

The white noise machine is handy too, though a little bit clunky and goofy to use. The interface is not that great. We use it only for the sound, the light that is built into it is Somewhat harsh. There are many sound options, more than we personally need but I’m sure there’s some thing there for everyone.

I got baby bodysuit few days ago

I got baby bodysuit few days ago. It's so lovely to put them on my baby. The material has good quality and fabric is gentle on baby's skin. The colours are bright and not fading at all after several washes. The design of those bodysuits makes so much easy to put them on and take them off.

All in all, love it.
