Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. Returned 3 items (had to pay £5 to do so), and they have only refunded me for 2 items claiming the third item was not in the bag. They apparently have CCTV to prove I only returned two, they cannot send this to me, but it is a little bit interesting the parcel was not damaged, and it is the most expensive of the three items that has gone missing. AVOID.

Consumer Rights Violated.
I purchased a shirt from Frasers and paid £4.99 postage. I ordered a size M but received a size L.
I spoke to customer service via Twitter and a return label was provided. I sent the shirt back and re-ordered the shirt a second time. And again I paid £4.99 postage.
Yet again, I received the wrong size! So again I contacted the same customer service agent via Twitter and explained the situation.
The agent informed me that he won't provide me with another return label and said I need to pay for return postage(£4.99 through their website).
If I were trying to try and get the shirt for a third time, that would be a total of £20 spent on postage fees alone. Awful and incompetent service and customer service agents that don't understand law.
Retailers are required by law to cover return postage fees for damaged or incorrect goods. And this agent has violated my rights.
I've contacted my credit card company with all of the evidence and have opened a chargeback claim.
Never using this terrible company again.

Still no joy with getting order they are the most disgusting cheating despicable company with no customer service at all. Everyone should avoid. Can't call them the don't respond. Owe my elderly parent £600 and won't refund or give furniture paid for.

ordered some trainers with flannels, only for them to go missing after delivery. after 3 weeks of messages i managed to get another pair sent. they were too small so i i returned. still after 2 weeks im waiting for a refund. tried to login to my account but wouldnt take any type of payment for new order. i opened a frazer account (same company i might add) and ordered some more trainers. wanted to return but cannot login to the account and they wont send a password reminder. i didnt recive a order confirmation via email and the order number on the invoice wont work!! so Pi55ed off/ this company online is a joke!

Trying to return two items however none of my details are recognised by the ‘returns process’. I ordered on understanding I would be able to return unsuitable items and am unable to do so. No contact with customer services is possible etc. This is a misleading and unfair practice that encouraged me to order items. If no progress I’m going to rely on the new customer protection terms in the DMCC Act 2024 and make a claim plus report to the CMA. Poor form and conduct falls foul of new consumer laws.
Item in order not delivered, difficult to get refund.
Ordered 2 jackets, 1 in medium and 1 in large to compare sizes. One jacket was not sent, and very difficult to get through to customer service to get a refund. They also refused to give return postage, despite my being unable to compare the sizing of the jackets, due to their error. Not recommended.

Ordered two items, tried to return one only for the website to refuse my order number. No phone number, no customer service. I can't believe this is legal in this day and age.. I will never shop at a Frasers Group business again

Bought an item from Flannels, expensive. Wore it once and washed it per label instructions. Shrunk beyond use. Took it on store and was told they won't do anything because they can't prove I didn't follow the instructions (yes they can't prove I did something wrong so by default I'm the problem, makes no sense). Called CS, been waiting 2 weeks for any kind of response, nothing. Impossible to deal with, how can they be allowed to trade!?

What a joke. I placed an order, one item being completely faulty, cannot believe it was sent out like it. Trying to return it is a joke. You cannot speak to anyone or contact them via the website. It says contact customer service but you just spend 20 minutes going around in circles. Never ever again will I give them my custom. No wonder they have all closed down. Order still not arrived 2wks later . But took payment straight away. Appalling service cannot speak to anyone only on web chat who said it had been delivered. When I asked delivered where to , no answer . Asked for refund but said no so iv been billed £60 and got no trainers.
Avoid Frasers credit, affected mortgage application
Avoid at all costs, I didn’t receive my order and didn’t realise I had to continue paying as I was waiting for a refund. Furthermore I needed to update contact details to get alert for payments, their app doesn’t allow you to do this. A missed payment has now been sent to credit agency and significantly affected credit score.
Horrific customer service - AVOID FLANNELS AT ALL COSTS
Im honestly shocked at my recent experience with the customer service (if you would even call it that). I have ordered two items from Flannels and they were supposed to be delivered by DPD. The driver said that they could not deliver the parcel and sent it to a DPD drop off location and I picked it up then. When I opened the parcel I found that only one of the two items I have ordered was in the package. So, I contacted customer service and then was told that they have done all the necessary checks and that the item was sent and that they are 'satisfied' with these checks and have rejected my claim.
I then called them again to explain that the order was missing an item. I took picture of the package and explained that this is not right and extremely disappointing and frustrating. I have actual evidence that I did not receive the item I have PAID FOR. Their only response is that they know this is frustrating, however, they are not changing their minds! The language of the emails I have received is appalling and I am genuinely shocked by their lack of care. Specially that I have photo evidence of the fact that I have not received a complete order.
I am honestly so shocked at the level of negligence and the fact that they do not care at all about customers. They told me to contact a 'third parts' if I want to - what the hell?? Really??
I dont know if I should be more insulted by the fact that they are basically calling me a liar and saying that they have shipped the goods - deal with it, or if I should be more angry about the fact that they are not doing anything about it and that they are satisfied by their 'so called' checks.
I have purchased several things from this store over the years, so they can see that Im a loyal customer. However, not any more. This will be the last time I ever deal with this scam of a store. One would think that with an actual store that sells high end products they would have the basic knowledge of understanding anything about dealing with loyal customers ad trying to resolve issues. However, sadly, they are absolutely rubbish at it and they do not care about customer retention or satisfaction. I will do by absolute best to make sure that I share my experience on ALL social media so that people can avoid being as disappointed as I am.

I have not seen anything worse than this company. I paid in installments and paid the entire amount, and they still call me asking me to pay the amount. I called them and sent emails with copies of all payments from the bank attached, and they still ask me to pay the amount and put my name on the blacklist.
No item, no refund for shipping
Waiting 2 weeks on items and then says returned to sender, sent my refund but deducted shipping.
I did not receive anything so why do they not refund my shipping cost, unbelievable.
AVOID USING FRASERS PLUS CREDIT
I strongly advise anyone considering using Frasers Plus credit to pay for their order to avoid it at all costs. I encountered an issue with my address on the order and had to cancel. While the agent assisted with the cancellation promptly, the process of having the credit refunded back to my Frasers Plus account has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The customer service agents don't seem to fully understand my requests, and I've been bounced back and forth between Sports Direct and Frasers Plus customer service teams, with each one claiming that I need to speak to the other team to resolve the issue. I was informed that it could take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in my account, but in some cases, it could take as long as 28 days. This means I could be forced to pay for an order I cancelled and never received, just to avoid damaging my credit. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never shop with them again.
