I have recently purchased a phone through Frank, and was stoked that it had express shipping. I got my tracking number Thursday 14/03 and later looked that express shipping is classified as 1-3 business days. I checked the tracking on the Friday, Monday and Tuesday and it still hasn't left the warehouse, I have lodged a complaint with AusPost, however they can also not help as it is not even with them. It has now been 4 business days (and a whole weekend) and no movement on the delivery. I have contacted Frank mobile, and they keep resending me my tracking number and link, with no progress, or update. Still haven't had any progress or update on where the item is.

UPDATE- phone has arrived but not after 5 phone calls after not receiving the phone for a week, they had claimed the phone had been sent and the shipping just hadn’t been updated. I then demanded that they stay on the phone until the issue was fixed and promptly after this they then proceeded to say that they actually did not have the item I purchased in stock after reassuring me that it had been sent ( so in fact nothing had been sent for over a week, I’m not sure why this wasn’t just stated when the purchase was made?) They then said they would send out the next best one which was a different colour but it did have more storage, and then was received in a timely matter after the issue was fixed. However it could have been fixed the day the item was purchased instead of 8 days after purchase

iPhone 13 in great condition and perfectly clean, basically as new. Battery 89% which I was happy with. Quick delivery.

Phone was in great condition and arrived promptly and in great packaging too.
Is working as a new phone, am very happy with it so far.

I haven't received my phone yet and the website advertises itself as express shipping in 1 to 2 days to CBD locations if you order before 12:30pm which I did.

I wish I looked at the recent reviews of this company as I would of avoided it at all costs and honestly just gone straight to JB HI FI to buy.

When you try and call it doesn't even go to hold, it goes to a voicemail which is very strange for a company 1800 number. I also had to ask for my shipping tracker number...and they gave it to me and it's 'pending' which I understand could be from bulk items scanned at the counter but due to the circumstances and reading all the reviews I feel as though they've just generated a tracking number without actually sending it. I wouldn't buy from these people again and I would recommend it. Go elsewhere. Seems like you have to complain to get what you bought? Severely understaffed is my guess.

Recently I needed to purchase a pre-loved iPhone for my daughter. I only needed to spent a short while online, exploring the phones available, because the the Frank site is both intuitive and well set out. I chose a 'mint' iPhone 12 Pro with 512GB memory. The phone arrived within the week, even though I live in regional NSW. The phone was in perfect condition ... just as it was described. When I need a pre-loved phone for myself, I know where I will going ... to Frank.

My husband bought a phone from you and we have emailed a couple of times asking when it will arrive haven’t heard anything. If we knew it was going to take this long I wouldn’t have bothered and bought a new one. If I don’t hear from you in a couple of days or have my order by then. I’m wanting to cancel the order and get a refund please. As I’m desperate for a phone after the previous one went for a swim.

I ordered iPhone 12 I’ve been emailing asking for them to tell me when my order will arrive but all they tell me is they will get back to me or speed up the process but they not telling me when my order will arrive

I ordered my phone on the 4th, I received it on the 8th (Only because it was the weekend). I had an issue with my order and the customer service team got back to me within the hour and resolved it. I had an issue with receiving my refund on an order I had to cancel and unlike Paypal (Who gave me customer service jargon, didn't respond to my emails, and didn't send my refund for 7 days) Frank Mobile payed out my refund within the hour of making the request.

The product itself came exactly how advertised, it did come at 90% battery which I hoped to be a little higher but that is what was advertised so who am I to complain. I did have an issue initially contacting them on the phone, but I called that same number today and they answered instantly.

I have told all my friends about the fabulous service provided here, and the quality of the product and some of them have already made purchases on new phones. Not to mention their prices were the best on the market, with free shipping, very impressed. I will definitely be coming back to Frank Mobile for my future electronic purchases. Stay legit!!

Very happy with my iPhone 13 Pro purchase. The phone is in great condition & works like it was new. I would recommend Frank Mobile from this experience.

Received my iPhone 13 Pro in Alpine Green today. To my surprise I received the original box as well which is a plus for me. I was only able to choose the 'Mint' option as the ‘Prime’ option was not in the colour I wanted. The mint phone had no scratches at all on the screen or back of the device, only a little bit of wear signs on the buttons as it was used in a case previously but I expected that. Camera had no visible scratches looked perfectly new.
I'm happy with the condition the phone arrived in and receiving the original box. I ordered during Christmas cut off week so it was delayed by 6 days but nevertheless I am happy. I was really skeptical buying this phone especially because I wanted it in the best condition possible and it really is. Cables and Sim Card ejector everything intact.
The Mint Condition option phone I received was 86% battery health, had a few scuff marks on buttons and sides, had an old sim inside from the previous owner so now I’m doubtful if it was checked properly and had bits of red dust in certain spots like the charging port and sim tray ejector area.

Frank Mobile you have gained a returning customer. My next iPhone 14 Pro will be from you guys :) but I’m hoping you will check the device before sending it out.

Very happy with my purchase delivery was quick and it was a smooth transaction

Very simple transaction. Great value. I couldn't tell the difference between the phone and a new one. Also had great customer service as they explained a few things to me. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered an iphone13pro, happy with the performance of the phone however when it arrived I thought it was corroded around the camera lenses, but it was actually built up grime. I cleaned it with a tooth pick, but then had to so the same with the toggle button which was very sticky and full of some kind of muck.
Will be keeping the phone, but feel a little more care with cleaning devices is needed! I ordered a ‘Mint’ condition phone.

A great company willing to send through a replacement phone when the one I first received had an issue with it. I had the replacement to me within three days.

Great phone, great service, and the delivery was excellent.

Frank sent me a defective iphone, promised to send a replacement, and when I received the replacement it was also defective. I am still waiting on a refund after waiting nearly a month for a new phone. Absolute nightmare - I would not use Frank again.
