From start to finish I can only praise the service I have had from Mick and the team, no headaches all was clear my questions were answered promptly even out of hours.

Buying furniture from Frank Knighton was an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the shop to when the furniture was delivered yesterday. We were greeted by Paul in the shop, he showed us the styles we were interested in & then left us to browse ourselves with absolutely no pressure. We also wanted to have a firmer cushions added. He explained this was not a problem at all.
Communication throughout the process was excellent & everyone we spoke to were so helpful with amazing customer service.
We were advised when delivery would be & on the day before had a call with an approximate times. Nick & Mable were such a breath of fresh air compared to other companies that deliver/come into your home. They were so friendly, helpful and again their customer service was second to none. Their attention to detail bringing all the sofa/chairs in separate cloth bags for protection, positioning them & taking all the old furniture away.
Not very often these days to you have a company that all round is a pleasure to deal with everyone involved, but Frank Knighton has got it 100% right.

Well what can i say. We have NEVER come across a Company that offers such wonderful service from start to finish, and such lovley Customer Care. we ordered a Leather Recliner Suite and Mable made the ordering so easy, she has a wonderful customer care attitude and was a pleaseure to deal with. we were told the suite would be ready in 8-10 weeks, we got a phone call from Nick after only 6 weeks to say our suite was ready, we were also told that because its such a top grade suite that they are going to deliver it in their own van with their own staff to install it, to make sure we get the best service. When they Guys arrived Nick and Nelly they were Cheerful, very polite and got right down to the installation, it was like having 2 brothers, right down to earth and funny, they even had a laugh with us and played on my piano, what a breath of fresh air, it wasnt like a delievery it was like meeting up with old friends, when they brought the Leather Suite in, it was covered in Knightons own designed thick protective padded covering on each piece of the suite, I have NEVER seen that before, They checked it was all ok, set up and working before they left. it has been the BEST experience of any purchase we have EVER made. Myself and my Wife would like to say a 100% Wonderful Thank You, to Frank Knightons and the full team, Buy with confidence you cannot go wrong. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL Service.

I ordered a settee and a chair from this company, Mable and Mick in the showroom were brilliant, no interference as I was choosing my settee, but only simple, useful advice. The order process was very straightforward, delivery date and payment were explained fully. Delivery was actually earlier than expected, . The delivery men were excellent , very respectful of myself and my home. I highly recommend anyone to shop here, a great experience.

Placed an order for a Padstow settee and chair August 2025, The service received from this company is unbelievable especially from Mabel, Florence and Frank Knighton himself.
Quality of product is outstanding and delivery was on point.

Good old fashioned service with a smile . Left me to browse in the showroom without interruption!! The whole experience was very pleasant, kept informed as to what the schedule would be. Delivery was spot on , two gentleman arrived at the promised time , explained how the furniture fitted together should I need to dismantle it for decorating etc . Assembled everything and checked I was happy with everything and left everything as tidy as when they arrived. Would certainly recommend this company .

Bought a two piece + puff, 23/06/2025. Left it a while to see how it went. What can i say but absolutely spot non at point of sale, delivery and after sales. 150% satisfied. After a bad experience with a high street furniture chain (3 suites in one year) Don’t ask!

We decided to go with recommendations, and overwhelmingly the top of the tree for recommendations was Frank Knighton (in Ilkeston Derbyshire)

Our slight concern originally was that an independent might not have the range of suites that a high street chain might have.

How wrong we were, in fact, completely the opposite, there was so much choice, it was difficult to make a final decision.

I’m delighted to say that with the patience and help from sales assistant Mable we feel we now have the perfect suite, we are absolutely delighted.

I love the very friendly and helpful sales service, I love the FREE DELIVERY! Even more, I love the fact we were offered a preview of our actual suite once it was made and BEFORE it was delivered.

How refreshing it is to deal with a company who know their trade, and respects their customers. I would very highly recommend Frank Knighton to anyone thinking of buying a three piece suite

Ive got to admit that service was beyond what i had ever experienced before. This was due to a young lady called Mabel. She had a great understanding of fabrics and furniture and was flawlesss when dealing with customers and certainly was more interested in the service given rather than pushing for a sale. Thank you Mabel, your a credit to Frank Knighton.

We recently took delivery of our new suite from Frank Knighton and are extremely pleased with it. The service we received from all members of staff, but especially Mabel has been outstanding. Mabel gave excellent advice on fabrics ,matching cushions and including a statement chair. We were given time to think, no pressure was put upon us to buy and our many questions were answered patiently. The finished suite was stunning , extremely comfortable and very well made,our thanks very much to the upholsteries for making such a great job.

Just taken delivery of a handmade bespoke leather sofa, chair and pouffe. We wanted a copy of our existing suite and they have come up trumps, a beautiful product, the workmanship is superb.
We are over the moon, thank you all, a great family business.

Mabel was the perfect sales person, from giving the right advice on colour to material for both the sofa and cushions. I wanted a chesterfield sofa in a material that my cat wouldn't scratch to smithereens and Mabel had the perfect choice, and recommended the right shade (stopped my room looking like Christmas all year!).
Delivery was within 16 weeks as advised at ordering and the two delivery people were lovely, friendly and soon had my sofa in place, and took all the wrappings (and old sofa for a small fee) with them.
I love my new sofa, my cat will sit on it occasionally but doesn't scratch it. I will be returning to Frank Knighton for a matching chair.

Excellent from initial purchase right through to delivery. Furniture is superb and very excellent quality. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Delivery was very smooth and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with from sales staff, delivery team and Richard the owner. Took delivery of a Parker Knoll 3 piece suite in Madri Blue Leather. Power recliners in chairs n setee with head tilt n lumbar support. Its a stunning suite, luxurious and comfortable. This was a replacement for our 1st purchase which was a fabric modern design but not to our taste. The support we received from all at Frank Knighton was excellent as was the delivery and advice given to ensure our suite lasts for many years to come. Thanks to all. We are very happy and rcommend Frank Knighton if you need new furniture.

We ordered two sofas and they were delivered this week ahead of schedule and they have transformed our living room. The quality, the service, the design and the whole experience of selecting the right sofas, the colours, fabric and even the cushions was a delight. Mabel, who designed the actual sofa, walked us through and made sure we colour matched everything perfectly. Then the happy chaps that delivered the sofas, made the whole experience worth it.

We purchased 2, 2.5 settees and a chair + footstool the lady and gentleman who took our orders were very polite and knowledgeable about the products. We were estimated delivery within 8 weeks however they were delivered in just 3 weeks by two very polite and friendly gentlemen who position the furniture where we wanted them and removed all packaging. Thanks Frank Knighton for a great all around service and we would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for soft furnishings to give you a visit.

We recently purchased a 3 Seater Sofa and Recliner Chair from Frank Knighton. The service we had from showroom to delivery was first class. All employees took there time to ensure we were pleased with the product and certainly recommend the company and would not hesitate to use them again
