Women on the till charged me an extra £7 for curry sauce on the side my friend paid under £10 for the same things. I did not receive my money back and got 2 cans of juice for THIER mistake.

i paid £18.20 for 10 nuggets and a medium portion of chips and gravy. this is disgutsing and the contents of the meal was not 10/10 it was about 6/10. so why am i paying nearly £20 for a normal meal????
This feels like a scam to take advantage of drunk people and it’s disgusting.

Very rude company bad customer service. This company goes through Gloucestereats and there own Frango. First time I ordered through Gloucestereats to do Frango so I put an order in for food took long chips was lil cold but before this they rang me about my order that had no crepe instead ask if I want milkshakes instead no don’t like them . So I said are have a refund which he agreed on phone three family members heard the call . But waiting over time so I email Gloucestereats about the situation of Frango didn’t refund the money to me so they got on the Frango and they said to them they ain’t giving me a refund. So wrong in this time people struggling. I didn’t get the food so I don’t pay for eating nothing so wrong of both companies above am very disappointed this my first time I won’t be ordering again . I don’t do Facebook etc so if you could spead the words of my situation with these so no one lees goes through this . Pays for having no food. This company needs to be looked in . Because this not right . It’s cause me stressed trying to sort this out neither Gloucestereats or Frango has resolved my situation at all . So the law says u pay and don’t eat but still pay for it . Out of order. I now got to take this matter further due to my complaint. This shouldn’t been happening to anyone it’s day light robbery
