I paid for a next day appointment since 7th of June. I lost hundreds of pounds because of these people.
They lied and said I would get an appointment later in the day since 9th , 10th of June. I still have not received my appointment. I explained urgency of appointment as my date is soon and nothing. All I keep getting is by the end of day you will receive your confirmation of date and time
Last email from Alex below when I request refund / complaint.
“We are sorry to inform you that your all the documents were approved except your one document which is your appointment letter from the embassy we were supposed to get it before one day from the date of appointment but now we are supposed to get it today till evening so please be patience by that time definitely we will get in touch with you .”

I am still waiting for the confirmation date and time and my trip was for 24th June today.
I have never felt so disgusted in my life that a company would actually steal from innocent people.
HOW DO YOU GUYS SLEEP AT NIGHT??

THERE MAYBE THE ODD CASES THRY HELP HOWEVER I AM ONE OF THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS THEY STOLE FROM.
