I have used Frames.co.uk several times now and will continue to do so as I new picture frames in the future. The web site can be a bit confusing, but when you get the hang of it is ok. I think a bit more guidance on sizing would be helpful, especially when it comes to allowing the amount of overlap you may want on the mount - sometimes the edge of mount can be a bit close to the edge if the picture. Choice of frames is very good. Information regarding delivery is very good and the frames come very well packaged. You just end up with a lot of cardboard to get rid of.
Their frames might be more expensive than ready made frames from IKEA and Next etc but having a frame made to suit your picture is far better.

Quality was excellent. Well worth the money. I had previously purchased a cheaper frame and after a few weeks the wood split. This is perfect. The frame was 40 x 30 inches and the I purchased a chain as I felt the string provided was not as secure as I would have liked. But does not deter from the quality.
