I ordered 8 packs of plugs, and received 8 plugs. Waiting on a response from customer service.

Great product and customer service!
Directions could be improved a little.
But sturdy and looks amazing.

I reported and emailed pictures of 3 broken stacking brackets and have not even gotten a response.
Since I can't put it together, I want to return the whole thing and get my $1400.00 back.
Support is non-existent.

It's very easy to put together, all the parts fit well, and I even had caps leftover, so I drilled holes and capped the joints where the fence poles go into the spikes giving it a cleaner look and keeping out snow and ice. I'll be looking forward to many years of good use.

Part of oreder was missing. Dealing with the AI helpline was very frustrating

All the parts were intact and assembly was straightforward.

easy ordering and quick delivery. love using these they are easy to assemble and look great. have had these for several years and they still look new.

I did not receive my full delivery and the parts that I did receive had multiple broken pieces. I tried to reach out and could not get a hold of them. They only have an AI answering their phone that does nothing for you.

I purchased several beds (you have to buy several to stack if you actually want a raised bed as each side is only 5” tall) 4 years ago and I am replacing them all with the galvanized steel beds I purchased at the same time as the frame it alls that are still in perfect working condition.

The side connectors are plastic and several of them have cracked and are broken, several of the panels are bowed and warped and therefore do not keep soil in them. I purchased the cage to keep out wild rabbits and they’ve been nothing but a pain. Every season I have to purchase new zip ties to reattach the plastic sides (really zip ties at that price point?), the doors are wonky, and you can forget about reaching the back half of your 4 x 4 bed with the cage on.

I purchased the trellis which broke and destroyed one of my beds after a storm. All in all, they are a good concept but not worth the price by half. You’d be better off with a cedar bed which if you price it comes out to a lot less than these and will last you about the same timeframe, or get some galvanized beds and keep them for a decade or more.

Fast shipping and quality materials. Received mine two days after ordering.

Sent for samples and they arrived quickly.

The shipping was fast, but the modular style is confusing. I also didn't get all of the parts, but I made do. It has a 30 year warranty, but the plastic joints won't last 30 years.

I had a great experience with Frame It All. I purchased one of their animal barrier gardens, and John helped me design exactly what I was looking for. The process was easy, the quality is excellent. This past year has been my first year gardening where the squirrels didn't eat anything from my garden. Highly recommend!

My initial contact with John Brooks -cust service, was excellent. He gave me local companies to contact but neither carried the product in stock. He then suggested ordering from Home Depot Pro Desk, which was successful. This aspect was 5 star.
However, the issue came when the product arrived and was an incorrect color - even though the order and the box correctly listed it (TEAK). It was clearly not TEAK as the samples I received previously and Home Depot concurred so I had to return them and delay my project another 2-3 weeks while it was reordered. Hopefully the content of the box will be checked before shipment to ensure it is TEAK and not a very dark color near black.

I received the corners but no boards were included so i do not even havea bed

This product will work for me just fine, however I am missing 3 caps. This in no way will effect the performance of the product. While installing a corner anchor it snapped in half. Item was shipped readily. The plastic seems a bit fragile.
