I have this account since a while,i…

I have this account since a while,i decided to pay for the pro package...did pay on my cell from the frameitapp. The day after i get on my acvount but frm my desktop,....it says I need to buy it there as well.
I write to the support group and they answer the following:
/.../Hello, given the variations across different platforms and the associated development costs, we have established a tiered pricing structure with distinct package options for users to select from. Currently, access to the web version is exclusively available to our pro+ tier users.Thank you for your understanding./.../

I accidentally bought the app and first…

I accidentally bought the app and first they were trying to be helpful, but when it came to getting the money back later on, there was just excuses. First I asked for me to do it through Apple Apple didn’t do it and they asked me for my PayPal account but then they told me they couldn’t pay me back and they still haven’t paid me back. And now they stopped responding to my emails.
