My order never arrived

I placed an order and till now I haven’t even received any email concerning the items I purchased. I also sent an email asking for an update but no reply still. Money gone!! This is just bad.

I've ordered a few times from Fragrance Central. I've never had any problems, so I was surprised to see the other reviews.

Item never arrived. Avoid plus customer service is really poor.

Ordered a sample of Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540 × 1 at a total cost of £18. Received my order today and it is clearly a fake. Oily water with a hint of nail varnish remover. Gutted and annoyed with myself for being so gullible!! Do not buy from here!!!! SCAM!!!

Received item , was told I would receive free gift , then when I was told my email to write a review of my free gift, I simply stated in my review, I never got it!
So then the company moderates the review and said wouldn’t show my honest review so hypocritical to say the least.

I bought some goods on 22nd May and after three weeks of waiting I started sending e-mails asking about the tracking number of my order. No reply.
Not long after I also wrote to cancel my order and to ask for a refund (breach of contract on their side). No reply.
However a couple of days ago I received a marketing/advertising e-mail from them (for that, they have the manpower).
Please stay away from this website and even though they advertise products at a very reasonable price, if you don't receive them, then you will pay dearly!

Still waiting on order fc#1195 have emailed several times. I have not even had the courtesy of a reply.

I made an order at the start of May and nothing has arrived. I have emailed several times with no response. I also made contact via the Facebook page and Facebook messenger and also no response. I phoned the number on the Facebook page and it takes you to a ski company. Does this company even exist?

I had a very good price for the product I was looking for and also dispatched on time

Delivery took longer but was pleased with the order

Easy to order my favourite perfume through fragrance centre and a fabulous price .

Easy site to navigate, very competitively priced and given I purchased these items during quarantine, a very quick delivery with very regular updates. Thanks.

I was disappointed as I had ordered frangipani spray and after I ordered and paid I was told that they were out of stock. So I was offered cherry blossom instead. They did offer me a refund, but I would have liked a bit more of a choice than cherry blossom .But they were very polite about it and it was prompt delivery.

First class communications with customers

I ordered on their website and all appeared fine- on the day I expected the item to be delivered they sent me a cancellation email of my order- I immediately contacted them asking my this had been cancelled and had no response.
I contacted again requesting my refund and I have still not had the money - 3 emails later! Terrible customer service and now out of pocket by £45!!
