5-star experience. Ordered a perfume and a perfume oil. Order Aug 21st, shipped 24th and received on the 25th.
Order was $70CAD (26+26+ shipping/fees).
Perfume and oil retail $45 and 32CAD respectively.
Everything shipped nicely, nothing broke in transit, order was accurate, AND they smell yummy. Will def be ordering here from now on :)

Courier choice is extremely poor with UPS.
So far, fragrances have been legit and there’s a decent collection of houses.
It’s easy to use the page as well as the app.
However, I’ll be giving a half star over 5 for repeatedly using UPS as a delivery service knowing fully well how they are extremely slow and have no reliability. I ordered a fragrance since August 15 2026, today is 24 of August and the order is still in the same Ontario where it was to be sent from. There’s also no estimated delivery date on UPS. You should know your ratings and recommendations wouldn’t be positive of your couriers are hell bent on showing no concern/regards for timely shipping. They are a part of you as long you use their services. Aside that, your site is good and fragrances are good too, could do with adding more houses to your collections.

The fact that shipping took as long as…
The fact that shipping took as long as it did was a little disappointed and at the fact that our package arrived in all of our fragrances were super hot from the heat of the weather. I ordered our items on a Friday and we didn't get them for over a week. And yes there was a holiday on the Monday but FedEx was operating and they did not ship our package at the date it said it was coming. Not happy with receiving fragrances during the summer because the fragrances end up being hot and they do not smell to their full potential.
