I ordered the paper towel holder, it was poorly made. The company refunded me $8 for my inconvenience - I paid $30+. The paper towel holder is poorly constructed which was my complaint, and not worth the money I paid. They replied the description aligned with what I ordered - correct, a paper towel holder. It was a piece of crap!! Do NOT purchase from them! Not to mention, it took two months to arrive!

For comparison I have used nearly all of their competitors over the years, mainly for diversification, but they always sit at the top of the league table for all aspects.

The new datacenter in Coventry at Continuity House is of exceptional quality. It is well designed, laid out and has everything you need. It's nice and cool, with great power redundancy, and everything is brand new!

They have a presence in Telehouse London for some Dedicated servers and this is a great option is you need low latency to the City, or to UK ASN's.

You will only find helpful, useful, knowledgable staff at Fraction Servers.

In the event of an emergency critical situation, they will give you the level of service you need. Whether you created the situation, or you discovered some critical issue, they will always strive to seek a prompt resolution.

You will find that the team are more like a family, rather than a sanitised corporate entity. They are nice people, with good knowledge and expertise.

I cannot really think of many things they could do to improve if I am honest.

As long as they do not change there business model or service, I will be a customer for as long as I have a requirement.

I've been with Fraction Servers, a brand of UK Dedicated Servers, for a few months now so I thought it was time I posted a review.

The service to date has been superb, both in quality and value.

When I ordered a server from the 'stock offers' on Fraction Servers the order process was easy and fast. Within minutes I had a response and the installation was promptly started after I paid the invoice.

The server hasn't been down at all, it's been rock solid. Support have been prompt to answer any queries I had, particularly thanks to Ben for his assistance regarding anything related to networking (e.g. BGP).

As someone who needed BGP sessions, for transit, I'm pleased to also see that my ISP, Lightning Fibre, is a peer. I believe that this was a fairly recent change as I don't recall seeing that in the past.

Overall an excellent service, I have no complaints and hope to continue to be their customer for a long time.

Wonderful customer services, they respond even during weekends. I will see how stable services are as soon as we get our first server setup & ready. Sales are very polite and patient with requests so far!

I've been through many different server providers over the years, none have ever provided such great support and quality of service for such an incredible price as Fraction Servers.

I'm using their London (Telehouse) location and the connectivity is superb, a solid 10Gbps connection at all times with very low latency.

I'm already on my second server with them and will definitely be getting more in the future! Highly recommended to anyone looking for server in the UK.
