We had a terrible experience with them .Since May we are waiting for a response .Our flight got cancelled due to COVID .The airline said there was no problem refunding the money as long as travel2be accepted which obviously they haven´t .We have sent several emails I even contacted the CEO of the travel agency and he said he had left the company .CRAP COMPANY DO NOT USE TRAVEL2BE , THEY OWE US MONEY WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 6 MONTHS FOR GOD SAKE IT IS OBVIOUS WE COUDNT´T FLY .
