You ask a question about the return of a product, they lie saying it will be back, 2 days later the website is updated and I learnt the product I asked a question about has been stopped, they customer service is either incompetent or lying through their teeth

I love the taste of the diet Protein flavours - very tasty but not too sweet. Fast delivery is a big bonus too.

I am completely satisfied from the protein works brand and their products that I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I waited before writing a review because I wanted to test the products.
First of all, let me say that the experience on their site is great, easy to find anything and very clean presentation. Smooth and professional delivery process even though I am living in France, I received my order in just 2 working days. Excellent communication, great packaging, everything was prepared perfectly. Thank you heaps.
Secondly, the products I ordered, Amazing quality, wonderful taste. Very pleased with everything, more that excited for the choices made and ofc I am already preparing to renew my orders with more products. I have tried other brands but the protein work brand convinced me.
Natural taste, no artificial, sweet as much as need, no excess, good ingredients.
So, the products I used and I totally recommend, 100% are : vegan diet meal 360 platinum, strawberry and cream taste, loved it and it really works.
Superfood breakfast bowl ,summer Berry feast taste, great choice if you have no time in the morning and you need something nutritious and delicious. I added a few pieces of fruits sometimes and the zero syrup, fantastic combinations, very pleased.
The protein brownie mix, it just blowed my mind the taste is awesome, I couldn't believe it. Loved this product and so easy to prepare it, very affordable, totally worth buying it. And of course it goes well with the zero syrup if you want to add up a bit.
The last product is zero syrup salted caramel flavour. Great one, used it with heaps of ideas and combinations. Super delicious, so light.
All in all, im totally satisfied, can't wait to place my new order where I will try some more products and hopefully I won't be disappointed.

Je suis totalement satisfaite de la marque The Protein Works et des produits que j’ai commandés il y a quelques semaines. J’ai attendu avant d’écrire un avis car je voulais d’abord tester les produits.
Tout d’abord, je tiens à dire que l’expérience sur leur site est excellente : il est facile de trouver ce que l’on cherche et la présentation est très claire. Le processus de livraison est fluide et professionnel ; même si je vis en France, j’ai reçu ma commande en seulement deux jours ouvrés. Excellente communication, très bon emballage, tout était parfaitement préparé. Merci beaucoup.
Ensuite, concernant les produits que j’ai commandés : une qualité incroyable et un goût merveilleux. Je suis très satisfaite de tout, et même plus qu’enthousiaste quant à mes choix. Bien sûr, je prépare déjà une nouvelle commande avec d’autres produits. J’ai essayé d’autres marques auparavant, mais The Protein Works m’a vraiment convaincu.
Goût naturel, pas d’artificiel, juste ce qu’il faut de sucre, sans excès, avec de bons ingrédients.
Les produits que j’ai utilisés et que je recommande totalement, à 100 %, sont :
Vegan Diet Meal 360 Platinum, saveur fraise et crème : je l’ai adoré et il fonctionne vraiment bien.
Superfood Breakfast Bowl, saveur Summer Berry Feast : un excellent choix si vous n’avez pas le temps le matin et que vous avez besoin de quelque chose de nutritif et délicieux. J’y ai parfois ajouté quelques morceaux de fruits et du Zero Syrup — des combinaisons fantastiques, j’en suis très satisfaite.
Protein Brownie Mix : il m’a vraiment bluffé, le goût est incroyable, je n’en revenais pas. J’ai adoré ce produit. En plus, il est très facile à préparer, très abordable et vaut totalement l’achat. Et bien sûr, il va très bien avec le Zero Syrup si vous voulez en ajouter un peu.
Enfin, le Zero Syrup, saveur caramel salé : excellent produit, que j’ai utilisé dans beaucoup d’idées et de combinaisons. Super délicieux et très léger.
En résumé, je suis totalement satisfait. J’ai hâte de passer une nouvelle commande pour essayer encore plus de produits, et j’espère ne pas être déçu.

What an amazing experience that I did not expect. I got my package which was broken inside the box and they have gave me a new package with a discounted price for next time. Top recommend for protein shakes. Also the protein shake is amazing. It was very testy and easy to drink.

Ordering process was fast and simple. Delivery was within 3 days, all neatly packaged. Products seem good quality, easy to mix and gentle on my stomach. If I have any negatives, its that the vegan protein has a very strong flavor, slightly chemical.

Great products at a fair price. Great promotions. Lots of choice, easy to navigate website, good communication and after-sales care.

It is impossible to read the protein ingredients before ordering. This is certainly not an oversight on their part. It is truly unbelievable that a product intended for fitness consumption does not allow you to know its composition before purchasing. This is inconceivable for a company that sells fitness products. I did not check the other products, but I stopped at the proteins.
