Hello, I bought on Mytrip.com a ticket Paris - Ponta Delgada on May 3. I received at that time the access codes to get the boarding pass a few days before departure as of July 31 at 14:05, flight AF9259 operated by Sata Azores Airlines, passenger name: Juliette GENDRE). I give all details so that if Mytrip.com read that message, they know who I am. One week before the departure, I tried to access my reservation and realized that my access code were desactivated (error message). I called directly the airline company and they told me that Mytrip.com had cancelled my reservation. Mytrip.com put me into serious trouble and I had to buy another ticket at an expensive price. I asked Mytrip.com to reimburse immediately the amount I paid to them, they don't answer. The airline company told me that Mytrip.com is actually selling tickets they never buy. Mytrip.com stole my money, put me into troubles and don't want to reimburse me. Hope my story can help travellers...

Fr.mytrip.com is not responding to my numerous email to know how they will reimburse me. In July 2020 I bought tickets from them that got canceled because of covid. I was very patient and wait until air Canada send me an email to let me know that it was the time to ask mytrip.com to refund me. On their website I can see that air Canada has reimburse them however when I ask mytrip.com to reimburse me there is no news! They tried through hyperwallet but didn’t work and now they are not answering my email. There is no way to contact them. Only a robot that is not useful for my request. Also my tickets were 1050Euro and they wanted to reimburse me 800 something I ask why this difference in my email and I have no news.
I hope to hear from them very soon!
