The delivery was not respected as it was previously foreseen at my address and then I had to pick it up to a shop which was not convenient to me (I am old) and very difficult to communicate for my technical difficulty to paie through my bank and also for the following of the delivery but for that one person of your team gave me valuable infos🙏🏼
When contacting pmt responsible (ratepay) they don’t answer to my letter but use a pre-writed form like not answering to me

Ten calendar days to receive order, for which a confusing SMS was sent telling me that i was absent. when DPD came by (again only in German) only to discover it was bogus after I desperately drove to the depot location. WTF?

Big delivery problem
This company uses DPD for deliveries and that is a bad choice (long story short - I waited at home for 2 days in a row to finally have to go to a pick-up point for my parcel...).
So long as they use DPD I will not buy from them again.
