Difficult getting timely information from Foncia…

Getting timely information from Foncia is always a struggle. And good luck finding out what they are charging you for, but they do know how to charge high fees. I am very happy I no longer have to deal with them.

Not only it's a ghost company as there…

Not only it's a ghost company as there is never anybody to answer the phone calls, but, now they have started "myfoncia" which does not work since they sent me my password and there is no way I can be connected. They are, all the more, very arrogant, as when I complained earlier, they said I should complain on their site but I CANNOT GET ON THE SITE !!!!

I booked with them back in July and…

I booked with them back in July and paid them a deposit. Till date they did not refund and keep giving excuses. They dont want to pay me back my money. Lots of emails and calls and nothing. I dont recommend dealing with them. Very bad people and very bad service.

Overall good.

Overall, the front office and the lady who is generally there is very good and helpful. She is the main person I deal with on a day to day.
I think your systems are poor, for example identifying your account number, sections cannot be translated, and getting invoices is difficult etc.

My recent experience.

My account manager took care of all my requirements and I did not had to worry about anything. In the office the front-desk staff was very helpful and was able to communicate in english.

It is difficult to follow everything…

It is difficult to follow everything since it does not translate to English or give an English option. Sadly my French is not adequate. But service does seem efficient
