When we make a 'mistake' as a proprietor , Bedycasa punishes us...I had a person from Algeria who wanted to stay a few months at our place. Very recently, we have been to Algeria and we KNOW for a fact that people are very poor and struggling every day...so we wanted things to be cheaper for her and we asked her to book through Bedycasa only for a week and we would have given her a discount too. ... to make it easier and cheaper for her...we would not have asked the money she would have given to Bedycasa
Well Bedycasa prevented her and us to have any contact...
So last week we went on another site....we'll see.

Cedric is very friendly, easygoing and a super host. He has a very well designed interior and the bedroom was big. And what we all like: it was very clean. The breakfast was super fresh with juice, coffee/tea, croissants and home made jams. It is just a few minutes from the highway and the underground (around the corner) brings you in 25 minutes to the centre of Lille. We really can advise everyone to stay at Cedric.

Enjoyed our stay and had some good english/french chats. We are home again and think about the nice people we met doing bedycasa. We had to wait for Eric to come down from the sky before we could enter their house, but when he arrived he was so nice. We hope Michele is getting stronger everyday.

I enjoyed my stay w/ Philip and his wife very much; they were welcoming, engaging and accommodating. I was also glad to have accepted their offer of daily breakfast (5 Euros). Each morning I had a copious repast consisting of a number of items of my choosing, including a "baguette tradition" that Philip picks up at a superb boulangerie just steps away from the apartment.
One has a private room with a very comfortable bed. The apartment is quiet. The metro station (Convention, 15th Arrondissement) is a six-minute walk from the apartment.
Very helpful, Philip is full of information about Paris in general, including such things as the transportation system, good jogging places in the vicinity,and places to visit in Paris. Philip speaks a number of languages (incl. English), and he is a great resource for those who wish to improve their French.

Practical and safe, I recommend.
