The hyalauric acid moisturiser gave me rashes and pimples

Trying to ascertain if this is the same brand of Hyaluronic acid products that I bought at Poundland… the website on Trustpilot does not appear to work.
I bought two Oh Sk!n products on Poundland (as a designer I was drawn to their well-designed logo!)
I applied their serum followed by the cream before bed. For years (literally) I have had what can only be described a small (but prominent as it is on the middle of one cheek) crusty sore. I have tried everything to get rid of it - even expensive medications from dermatologists were ineffective.
I woke the following morning and the sore had COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. Make of this what you will. My gratitude has directed me to write this review. Wish I knew if this is the same company that made it. Get your website working mate!

I purchased my Oh, skin products from " pound stretcher" at a £1 i thought i wont be breaking the bank with thia purchase and thank goodness i didnt!!!

The Hyaloronic acid foaming cleanser and face cream made my skin itchy and rough.. My skin started to flake off.

I know the reason why its deployed to pound shop..🤔 Homestly, it should be taken off the market

Cheap rubbish, not sure what's in the product. I wouldnt call it hyaluronic acid and all the fancy ingredients mentioned.

I ordered the product and it has not arrived, I have tried to contact but no response and the website is now down.. SCAM

The delivery could have been quicker, but the products were nicely packaged when they did arrive. There were email Communications from OhSkin about when the parcel was on its way, which was useful.

I was very sceptical about this product. I’ve never used anything like this before and considering I am 69years old . I thought I may need a miracle, well it hasn’t taken 40years of me but it took a lot of my wrinkles away. It was about the third week that I noticed a difference.
I will definitely be buying more , as I’m going on holiday in September and want to look my best.
I recommend OhSkin. Great product at great price..

I had an immediate allergic reaction to this product. My eyes swelled and were itchy, my throat too. The company said no refund if I couldn’t produce a photo. How disgusting. There should be more warnings on the packaging. But this company doesn’t care about customer service, once they’ve got your money. It’s Bye. AVOID

I'm very happy with this product, easy to use & does make a difference, wrinkles not as visible.

Efficient website and service. Very pleased with the products. So far they appear to be doing their job. I’ve only used them x4 times so to say they’re great at this stage wouldn’t be honest. It’s fantastic value. Putting them back and covering them for next use is a little tricky and I’m surprised that there wasn’t a better way devised for this.

I really dont know where to start but can honestly advise to avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased in good faith and felt reassured that they offered a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied,
Which i wasnt as the patches would not stick / stay on my face.
I followed the instructions fully and tried a couple of times without success.
I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund and i was asked to send photos.
I sent the photos as requested and they replied to say because they weren't in their original packaging i would only be offered a 50% refund.
I replied to explain that obviously i had to take them out of the packet to take photos and that i had all of the original packaging and would be happy to return.
I went backwards and forwards with numerous emails expressing my frustration that no where does it say in their money back guarantee that only a 50% refund would be offered.
They would not give me a straight answer to my questions and although its not a great deal of money i really wanted to take legal advise because i feel that i have been totally scammed.

On reflection i realised that financially it wouldn't be a sensible thing to take it any further so felt i had no alternative but to concede and accept 50%.

This product is not fit for purpose and i wouldn't advise anyone to waste their money. If they did, please be aware that their is no customer service from this company whatsoever, their money back
guarantee is a total lie and they just want to take your money.

Please don't waste your hard earned money...they are rubbish and like ALW said here on trustpilot they do not get back to you and there is no 30 day money back guarantee. I have sent 3 messages and no reply.
I purchased the full pack at £39.90 complete waste of money and no customer service. Avoid!!
They also advertise on Facebook.

After leaving my review on trustpilot and receiving a reply from ohskin I contacted them again via the email mentioned here on trustpilot. After sending pictures as requested by ohskin showing the low quality of the product blobs of silicone left on my skin and the patches do not stick. I was offered a 50% refund which I accepted. The 100% customer satisfaction guarantee isn't 100% refund! I would not purchase from ohskin again. Once bitten twice shy.
I do not think the full pack of patches is worth £39.90!

Reordered this product as the results are good I am a 78year old lady having lost 3 stones in weight after being diagnosed with a blood cancer so needed a lift to make me feel good about myself ,which it does .

I have been using these once a week for 6 weeks and they have made no difference whatsoever. I tried them because I was curious and paid £35 for the set. Wish I'd just bought some cheap ones on Amazon would have probably got the same result and not wasted so much money.

The patches definitely made a difference. I left them on over night and in the morning the particularity deep lines on my forehead and in between my eyes had all but vanished.

The thing I would say however is to take care how the patches are places. If you inadvertently leave a crease under the patch it is emphasized when the patch is removed.

I am interested to know how long the effects will last as this is my first time of trying.

They do make a lot of difference but I do have deep lip lines and it seems to take using them more often . I haven't used the full mask yet so will try that soon thank you

When they have the items in stock, you can receive it with a week or so.

I haven't been able to use the product properly yet as I've been unwell. Now feeling better so hopefully I'll be able to enjoy the product soon.
