They supported our efforts to research and obtain a long term furnished apartment in a desirable Nice neighborhood, referred us to a excellent tax advisor, a reliable document translation company and helped us secure a France bank account and financial partnership for all our financial needs in France. FRah are amazing. Truly kind people who are there to help you settle into France without funding their own personal vacation homes. Jessica worked her butt off to get me a viewing of the apartment I really wanted. The viewing included tens of other interested parties and we thought “no way, I’m never getting this.” But she kept at it. In the end, they accepted my dossier and I now I’m living in the apartment of my dreams. They don’t just show you three places and tell you to chose one - they don’t limit themselves to what they are already know exist - they uncover rocks and call and research and plead on your behalf, which is exactly what you need in this real estate market. AND they help with electricity, wifi, and anything else you need - without nickel & diming you. I cannot say enough good things about this firm.

Despite glossy brochures and YouTube videos, very poor property qualification to customer requirements. Despite succinct housing criteria submitted in advance candidate properties did not even come close meeting housing requirements.

Rather than selecting neighborhoods where to focus property searches FRH used a scattered approach rather than a customized one in selecting properties. Any property that fits in your stated budget regardless of distance, condition, amenities, mismatched features, additional required work are presented as potential housing choices. Most Nice realtors don’t work with other agents as they feel they don’t need them.

The FRH staff assigned was not qualified, neither knowledgeable about properties nor visited properties ahead of time before showing.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.

I first learned about this agency even before moving to France from the USA, from YouTube, because I knew that renting an apartment is very difficult, especially for a foreigner, so I looked on the Internet for someone who could help. Being already in Nice
after many unsuccessful attempts to find an apartment on my own, I finally decided to contact this agency.
And they found me an apartment, exactly what I wanted. From the very first meeting I had the feeling that I could trust these people.

I knew that I would need help finding an apartment to rent in Nice, and working with French Riviera House Hunting was the best thing I could have done. Diana Gango was patient, encouraging and imaginative in locating my apartment. She lifted me up when I was discouraged and was tenacious when confronted with obstacles. I ended up with a darling place well within my budget in a fantastic neighborhood that initially I would have considered unaffordable. The followup - inventory, internet setup, etc. - was extremely helpful, especially given my level of French. I cannot recommend this agency or Diana highly enough.

We recently moved to Nice and needed assistance finding our first apartment. While it is possible to do this on your own, we thought it best to get help from a team that understands the Nice rental market, to ensure a smooth transition into our new lives in the south of France. Ray Barrage helped us build our dossier and was instrumental in our application to Guarantme, a 3rd party essential for new residents in France. Ray understood our requirements and weeded through available apartments, sending us those that were appropriate. Ray helped us find a great apartment, set-up our electricity, and spent an afternoon with us, as we signed-up for insurance and Internet. Ray was there throughout the "inventory" process and was always available to patiently answer questions along the way. We were grateful for the guidance and patience of the entire RHH team.

We made the crazy decision to give Nice a try and we contacted FRH to help us find a new home in the city. our experience with them has been first rate - professional, responsive, knowledgeable about the local market. In addition to all those wonderful traits, they have gone WAY above and beyond in offering help and advice on setting up our new life in France - setting up electric service, insurance questions, contractors and designers for renovation work, and even good restaurants to try. Cannot recommend them more highly - you will be in good hands!

Renting an apartment in France can be a time-consuming experience, especially for foreigners. The team at French Riviera House Hunting made the process a lot easier by creating your needed dossier, working with multiple listing agencies, setting up the viewing appointments and keeping us up to date on the process. Once the apartment is secured, they continue to assist with getting utilities setup, inventory walk-thru, rental insurance, etc. Not having to navigate these steps alone was worth the cost of their services.

The best company to go with if you are buying or renting in Nice. Fabricio was wonderful! Everyone was very attentive, responded in a timely manner and provided the best customer service. They really care about their clients and making sure they are truly happy. I would highly recommend and will be using them again when I am ready to purchase!

They have excellent knowledge of the area and very good common sense when evaluating the property. Highly recommended to someone who doesn't want to spend countless days checking the properties that are not good fit.
