Terrible communication

Ordered game artwork and a box it was designed to fit.

The artwork arrived but was the US version rather than the EU version I ordered and the box was missing.

I contacted the seller and waited a few days with no response so I raised a dispute through PayPal.

After the dispute was opened a second package arrived containing the correct artwork but still no box. A note was included stating the box was out of stock and a refund had been issued for it.

I contacted the seller again explaining that the artwork is not usable without the correct box, but received no response.

After around two weeks PayPal issued a full refund as the seller did not respond to the claim.

This situation could have been avoided if the seller had communicated that the box was out of stock before dispatching the order as I would have just cancelled it.

TLDR: The lack of communication led to unnecessary delays and returns.
The print was great quality but service is terrible.

No support response, and significant delays

Ordered 4th Dec with express shipping. Marked as sent on 8th, but Royal Mail Tracking shows wasnt actually sent til the 16th. Sent multiple emails seeking help and clarification during this time, but seller never responded. Not acceptable to ghost sellers, nor to lie about dispatch. So much for their "top-notch support" and "promise that our sales team, prices and printing will be the best on the market" (quotes taken from their website).

Needed a birthday card for my son
I wanted a console games theme on card foxy printing had the exact one I wanted my son loves birthday card
The card was delivered on time and the card was good quality never used foxy printing before but I have to say I will use again

Absolute horrific site with scam artist

Absolute horrific site, they process orders even when they know the stocks are not available then 1/2 of the order comes through but the other half is nowhere to be found then I email them but the guys name is shaun who just says it's out of stock and he will send me free cases and artwork to compensate me but this is all excuses few weeks later i email again he tells me he is waiting for boxes I'm tired of his excuses con/scam artist. I know for a fact he is not bothered.

Ordered card 3rd May

Ordered card 3rd May, still waiting now on 22nd May. Have messaged twice, had no facility to leave a voice message on landline so left one on mobile number, no response from any communication at all.
Obviously going to miss date of event now, but as a result of zilch communication, no ability to demand a refund!
Is this even a legitimate company? Scammers?

I ordered banners because it stated…

I ordered banners because it stated they would arrive today. Well my post has just been and no banners. I wanted to decorate for my grandsons birthday tomorrow. Well that's not going to happen now is it????
They turned up today!!!!

Framed print

I placed an order for a framed print of Juice wrld on December 17th. When I checked the tracking details on December 20th it said my order had been cancelled? No corresponding email received nor a refund. Unable to contact company as web site not available? Update: I have since received a full refund but still no explanation from the company as to why my order was cancelled in the
first place.
